Just back from the Thursday breakfast meetup and what can I say, what a simply astounding post by A1ex, he has just received his 100th recommend, and he truly deserves it for all the fantastic effort he has put in, thank you again, A1ex.
You can either be IN or OUT of this great journey for EUA, I'm IN and so are all the other long term holders, we have endured lot's together in holding onto our beliefs in this stock and the fantastic BOD.
Yes, the old adage, 'Sell on news' invest 'on rumor' does seem to be playing out today, LoL, but you have to think differently here.
All that has gone on before was to prove up the assets and now, at last, the company has turned the corner and is starting to make some money going forward, fully funded and to grow organically, reinvesting profits going forward and as one forward-looking valuation has stated, the company 'could' be worth around £7 per share, but that is a long way off and when the company has ramped up production and several years down the line, so should be dismissed as totally unrealistic
for as an example of a current buyout price.
Valuing this company on its current profits is no good as it has only just started to make any profit, and it has just thrown a spanner in the works by putting the whole kybosh up for sale.
Valuing companies that have only started to make a profit is not easy?
And valuing company 'assets' is also something of an art, what you think they are worth may not what the other party values them at.
But what I do know, is on past asset sales, the price that the company 'might' get for them is NOT fully reflected in the company share price until they are sold, and because this is AIM, I do not expect the share price to reflect that future additional value until the sale.
A lot of words but I hope you get the picture.
I took my position in this company back in last October with the biggest position that I could afford at the time of 4,000,000
shares, that position has been added to as and when funds allow, I have not sold except for 'Bed & ISA' and will hold till the end game.
Those who wish to step aboard and enjoy the ride, please do, those who wish to just trade away, please do, this stock is like an ever-running escalator, people step on, people step off, all at different positions, it makes no difference, but you need to be ON the escalator when it reaches the top floor or you will miss out.
