Hi, Tableleg,
Thank you for your considered reply, without any, he, he, he, so I'm guessing it was a genuinely heartfelt reply, to which I thank you.
Losses, hmm, yes, mine total £350,000 and the wife who I advised to invest another £150,000, so £500,000 in all.
People will say what a silly bugger to invest so much in an AIM company, and I could not possibly dispute that, and on hindsight, I totaly agree.
But I had no intension of doing so and only invested an amount I would be happy to lose.
After attending the Gherkin event which as another poster has described as similar to a 'Nuremberg Rally' with whooping, clapping, etc, you got swept away with the crowd, and when the CEO of the company ( who should have ) shareholder interests as a main priority stands there in front and 'entices' you to invest for a legacy to leave your, family, you are suckered in and invest more because he has stood in front of you and said so.
Yes, it is open to interpretation, with hindsight, but when nearly all that attended that event relate the same story they can't all have imagined it.
As I say I hope you can regain your losses, but elsewhere and not here I feel, after over four years of being invested gas has gone from being a wonderful thing to now in the UK a dirty product with gas boilers being banned soon, yes, Morocco is behind the curve, but still.
I'm not here to deramp the stock and only just joining in with the JP hatred.
You mention traders, and with a near 7% spread, good luck to them.
Do have a good Bank Holiday weekend and thank you again for the reply.
All the best and good luck to you.
