The low-life that emerges after dark on here are not spending their time trying to protect you from making the wrong investment decision, but are spinning the facts to make YOU doubt your own investment decision!

Example -
" An AIM share that needed to raise $10 million to continue its meager mining operations "

Er, NO, EUA is fully funded and reinvesting profit to grow organically going forward, but has used this opportunity after being approached from the out-side by institutional investors, who were prepared to pay the full current share price, to issue more shares to allow this to happen, so at NO discount, and not to keep the lights on, but to simply enable the company to quickly and without borrowing ramp-up production quickly and easily.

Then we have the misquote of:-

" If they have 600m in the bank, why do they need to raise 10m "

When we all know it is the company that is worth 600m, but actually only has to hand, without borrowing or activating a loan agreement 600k in the bank.

All a play on spinning the truth to sow seeds of doubt in YOUR mind so YOU doubt your own investment decision?

But, you have all done your research and should all know the facts from the fiction being spun by those of a dubious nature.

Causes of failure - Principal cause:
On Thursday 9th July 2020, the company had an accidental open short position on stock, EURASIA Mining PLC which resumed trading on AIM on 9th July 2020 following a 5 month suspension. There was an orchestrated short squeeze by the market resulting firstly in crystalised at IG Markets (9th July 2020). The company kept the remainder of its position in the market open, until it was forced to buy in by the company's custodian, Global Prime Partners (GPP), against the company's wishes on 17th July 2020.

Following settlement of stock on 21st July 2020, this put the company's debt at GPP at a greater value than it could afford. GPP then asked how the debt would be funded by close of business on 21st July 2020.

Well, we highlighted the fact about 'Jub Capital' being struck off some time back and now it has gone into Liquidation!

Good luck everyone, everything to play for in holding this good stock EUA that has everything going for it to an upside,
and with minimal downside.

Enjoy the ride, but do not be a 'lemming' and sell you valuable shares just because others do, the fundamentals have not changed, you bought in on the fundamentals, so sell out on the fundamentals, which have not changed for the 'negative' but have actually increased for the 'positive' with the flanks additions.

Oh, and did I mention the BOD have not sold any stock, that would be seen as a 'negative', but they haven't, so it's a fantastic 'positive', and couldn't get any better in my view.

You know me, I have been a holder here since last October when I first bought in, I have always given that in my Opinion this stock is a 'Strong Buy' and have never wavered on that, even throughout the suspension where I was always positive that we would come out smiling with nothing to cause any concern with this 25-year-old company that has played by the rules.

Let's hope for a more positive day amongst the wider investor base.

Sorry, No major RNS today.

Don't give up your shares too easily, they are worth much more than currently, just because you think others are perhaps selling due to the share price consolidating south, you don't have to be a lemming and follow suit.

Think for yourself, nothing has changed, PGM's still all in the ground, the company is fully funded and ramping up production, nothing to cause any concern just the weak selling.

The only justified reason to sell is if you need the money or if you think you have made enough profit and don't want more!

The BOD hasn't sold and they are happy to hold out for maximum gain and I'm with them till the end.

I should have divided the post better, the first part was just about the US sell-off with Tesla being the main faller dropping 21% for not making it to the S&P 500, and that was that I have NO interest in Tesla, just that news snip from the FT.

The rest was all about EUA:-

So the company seems to be growing by the day, is fully funded, and has a board of directors that are extremely professional and fully loaded with an enormous amount of personal stock, that should be the cue that as they have not sold a single share and have added, one to the value of £50,000 last year, that they see massive value in holding this stock to the end, in whatever shape or form plays out.

If it is good enough for them, It's good enough for me :-)"

You missed the point, as I was still half asleep and I should have made a better distinction but would have thought with flanks and £50,000 you would have grasped what I was trying to say.

US tech stocks all down, Wall Street sell-off continues.

"Tesla’s stock on Tuesday fell by the most on record, in a sell-off sparked by news that the electric car pioneer was passed over for inclusion in the S&P 500.
The shares were down 21 percent, closing at $330.21, in their biggest slide since Tesla made its trading debut in 2010. The retreat pushed the shares to a three-week low amid a broader sell-off on Wall Street that hit big technology companies especially hard. The carmaker was the worst performer of any Nasdaq 100 component on Tuesday."
