Russia owns the land.
Russia issues mining licenses 'at a cost' to mining companies.
Russia has issued mining licenses 'at a cost' to various Russian mining company's.
Russian mining companies of interest are:-
Zao Terskaya Mining Company.
Zao Yuksporskaya Mining Company.
British mining companies of interest are:-
Urals Alluvial Platinum Ltd.
What have ALL the companies above got of interest:-
They are ALL part of the British Parent organization: 'Eurasia Mining'.
The various Russian companies operating in Russia have all got on well in the past and have many years of co-operation behind them.
Russia makes money from issuing the licenses.
Russia dictates via the licenses how much can be extracted from the ground.
Russia receives Taxes from the valuable PGM's extracted from the Russian ground.
Russia wins all round, it has to spend NO money, and rakes in the cash from the extraction of its PGM's, so everyone is happy.
To think that anything is likely to change with this arrangement is dissentious to all parties concerned as this is how it has gone before so why think now for a reason to change the status quo.
We can all guess what value lies below our licensed areas.
We can all guess what some other company will be prepared to pay.
Just let the great assembled board of directors get on with the job in hand, that they have planed for some time, and have
invested in heavily their own money and not sold, because they believe they will be greatly rewarded in the end.
You and I are just investors joining in on their long term plan to riches, if you can not see this, you need to look again and view the past company history, this has been worked and planed over a very long time to end in a yet to come 'crescendo' that we will remember and talk about for a long time to come as one of the best investment mining plays there has ever been on AIM! and the best is yet to come.
If there was any dought in the BOD eyes, they would have sold some stock, they have NOT, and that should be your cue to realize you are onto something extremely special playing out here before your eyes, and you can be either IN or OUT when that Major RNS does fall.

The Directors have not sold any of their Massively Large Long positions in this stock - Tick.
All that I have to do now as an investor is to sit back and put my feet up and wait for that special day when that lovely Major RNS does arrive!
