I have not gone down that route yet as I want the same Sony Bravia KD85ZG9, and John Lewis currently have 8 still in stock, I actually believe this is Sony's UK's total stock, but still.

That would be a NO .... John Lewis's customer service has gone down the pan.

You send them an email and the automated response say's we hope to get round to responding to your email in '12 DAYS time!'

They have refused point-blank to change it out/replace it as that is now against the company policy and after 30 day's they will only repair and not exchange!

I have emailed twice, followed bu phone calls, and even responded via DM on Twitter.... they have never got back to me to explain what if any repair service they are following! you do all the leg work and nothing...

That Company has just gone for a 10 for 1 share consolidation of the Company's ordinary shares.

So is NOT up at all in real value?

And so we should have been No1 :-)

I see we were No2 up 27% of the risers, but when you look at No1 up 243.7% ..... you see we were 'really' No1 ..LOL.
