Good morning DarkEnergy, thanks for the phone numbers but the reply email did contain "You may get a quicker response by calling us on 03456 100 381" which is what I did, and after 25 min on hold got through and even though I sent a video of the fault JL wants to send a TV repairman round to assess if the TV can be repaired of not... wait and see what he says whenever he turns up in the future, not good when the item is only 5 months old, you would expect a replacement?
I think 'Richer Sounds' has much better reviews for customer service.

Would you care to point out by their 'moniker' who in YOUR opinion here is a ramper? most of us here just point out the good points of holding this stock and are well accustomed to the tricks of the mm's with inaccurate share prices.

This morning was a top-up chance for the educated investor and a selling one for the uneducated or weak-willed holder.

You only have to look and see that the share price is rising again now, but more importantly, just look at the exquisite
BOD we have here and how they have not sold one share, that should tell you all you need to know.

Thanks for that, I wasn't sure as Sony gives the manufactures a 1-year guarantee and John Lewis gives the remaining 4- years, not good after only 5 months, just a lottery with electronic gadgets these days.
