Muck I agree but the BOD have also suggested they may use some of the placing to pay off the debt due at the end of this month, would that mean you need to bring your timings forward slightly?

If i understand things correctly they need to provide a minimum of 21 days notice for the AGM, and they need a positive vote for the proposed RTO and to raise (to help) pay off debts due at the end of the month. So I really do hope the admission documents have been prepared and are ready to publish very soon indeed or is that just wishful thinking, given the VAST track records on deadlines.

If VAST had Diamonds in the recent TAGS Sales 10th - 14th Dec, we should have info very soon.

Given that we have seen pictures of some of the Gem Quality stones since July when images first started to appear (including coloured stones ) you would have thought we would have had some of that info by now. AP does have the ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory , so I hope that my optimism is not misplaced.

I Know exactly what you mean, I've followed this down all the way since the last consolidation, traded a little en route to try and keep my head above water, just have a feeling this time the stars are starting to align.

- Mines that aren’t operating - I guess you are referring Batai plai - the company have stated they have total mineral resource of 15,695 tonnes copper equivalent with a further 1.8M-3M tonnes exploration target. The Company is also now working on confirming an enlarged exploration target of up to 5.8M tonnes. They have also confirmed they looking to reopening Manaila and there is talk of a JV too. With Copper prices going in the right directions this has the potential to outshine the diamonds if you will excuse the pun, So whilst you are right about "Mines that aren’t operating" I think there is a little more upside to that narrative for example. I guess it boils down to if you are a glass have empty or half full type of person.

Disco - we got this in the 25th Nov RNS, "The remaining unsold goods from the tender, comprising approximately 2,965.68 carats of higher-grade gem quality stones, are still being marketed and are expected to be sold in due course." If they were part of the TAGS auctions 25th to 28th Nov we could have news very soon indeed!

That's the problem, i'm afraid, so far it's all Talk. AP now needs to deliver something more tangible than talk.

It's certainly not how VAST work, very few updates and generally nothing accretive. Let's hope the next update is the exception and not only covers the Diamonds but the various projects that were supposed to take us to mid tier status by the end of 2025.

Interestingly it was slightly out of context, if you go to the Linked in button (top right) on the Vast website, click on the Linkdin button, they posted a comment about the recent USA visit, Nick commented on this wishing AP congrats, just seemed a little strange given the context and that he was making the effort.

ASI, we've not heard about the coloured diamonds for a while, interesting to note then that Nick Van de Voorde, made a comment recently on a VAST Linkdin post; given your experience have you come across him before? Is his expertise in Rough/coloured diamonds/Auctions etc of significance here or am I just clutching at straws?

Fronteracheckin - the annual audited results are due to be released this month and I think shareholders can expect a full update across the whole portfolio as part of this, that may well be a catalyst too.

Candidly Gordon, we've both been in this share for some time and it's been on the point of fruition so many times in the past and yet! lets hope a better offer came along.
