So roughly we need, Taj Govt approval, successful Placing and Admissions Doc before mid April, to move onto RTO Vote, Re admission plus Diamond Sales to to help with debt repayment by end of April , and complete everything before first week of May. Lucky AP is so good with deadlines otherwise that would be a tough ask!

The creditors have stated their support is contingent on RTO progress. I cant see how the company can avoid giving an update, on one or other or both.

I fully accept Selan have been a disappointment but the harsh truth is they have got more out of the ground in 2 years, than Joe and then Roland managed in 3 times that period. I know it's a race to the bottom comparison but those interims seem to pin every disappointment on Selan.

Not sure i agree Crusty in fact given that they state "other interested parties." in the plural I think we might have multiple viewings so to speak.

I think this is more advanced than is suggested here, "These options will include marketing the Company's 50% Cambay PSC working interest to other interested parties." could be very interesting. Apart from that no real surprises, you were right about the Indian CCS.

Sorry, It's a combination of clutching at straws, default optimism and (possibly) an over glossy interpretation of some research I have been doing.(Making 2 and 2 equal 5 you know what it's like). It gets so dark in here sometimes I think we need some cheering up! I know Roland hasn't kept to a single deadline yet but you never know; 2026 is supposed to be the year of Indian CCS. Plus with the increase in output and prices, hopefully the interims will confirm no immediate cash calls are required too.

I think we may get news on Government funding for Cambay CCS, in the interims - this is taken from 2025 interims "A Pilot Project proposal has been submitted to the DGH which incorporates the drilling of an appraisal well on the Cambay PSC targeting the Olpad Formation. The appraisal well would be cored and logged, and CO2 injection tests would be undertaken. The proposed timeframe for the Pilot Project is currently in calendar year 2026.

Interestingly Stand Hanson were the nominated advisors in 2016, they resigned in earlier 2017, only to reappear in May 2025 a month or so after the diamonds were returned, and shortly before the strategic asset review started.

Obviously too busy to produce the interims!
