Correct me if I am wrong, but technically we are in breach of our debt payments, furthermore given we have recieved no notice of a GM we cannot hit the Long stop deadline. Surely there has to be an update that addresses those specific issues?

I think the worrying bit is AP's history of delivery is sketchy to say the least, yet here we are hoping for a transformational RTO that elevates us to mid tier status. True to form at the point of delivery what do we get, silence or if we are being generous - the usual smoke and mirrors announcements. I am getting a terrible Deja vu feeling and I don't like it!

Hi Muck, given that they stated this "The Company intends to use the revenue from upcoming diamond sales, noting the tender in the week commencing 17 November 2025, together with proceeds from any new off take finance agreements and/or wider funding arrangements, to repay the Loans in full." I had therefore discounted the $1.2 m they have so far reported, whether they have sold any more is of course a mystery.

With $1.2 in the bank at the end of Oct, a raise of $2m of with $1m went to pay down debt, and with no updates on Diamond sales we must assume they are struggling?

Whilst AP seems a bit of a flighty character, his resilience and tenacity have always struck me, when things seemed really low he stuck his own money in, hopefully he did that in the knowledge that there would be an upside. I have a feeling we are going to find out soon enough.

Trouble is VAST seem to be able to do it (provide false promises) with impunity. Surely one of the roles of a Nomad is to perform due diligence?

Thanks Muck, your explanation is most helpful, makes me think though, wouldn't it be nice if AP, VAST and it's advisers actually delivered something they said they would and on time too for once. Wishful thinking!

What happens if we miss the RTO backstop though? RTO needs a vote and a GM notice is 14 days, so we need the notice tomorrow or Wednesday.

4 Days until another possible debt default, 1 day before the GM notice backstop deadline is missed and on the current AGM ballot they want us to vote them all back in and agree further dilution. Now that's optimism for you, not sure even AP could pull that off, so it must be rabbit out the hat time?

I understand that its the "Admission Document, which will provide a comprehensive overview of Vast’s strategy, outlook and relevant disclosures" I certainly hope so because the current AGM voting document is asking us to approve further significant dilution in a company with no obvious income or strategy. They need to get that document out sharpish I think.

Thanks ASI, interesting to see how this plays out. I made a few quid back in April 25, I swore then never to get back in but here I am! More fool me or good choice I suspect we are about to find out.

As i understand it they had to release the AGM notice now so they can hit the back stop date. The GM notice (is a shorter deadline) will follow soon and cover all the details of the RTO and wider strategy including diamonds. All to play for i think, if the talk of transformation is to be believed and then voted through, they must have something up their sleeve. Otherwise who would vote for such a large dilution.

ASI if I understand correctly if we don't get notification of an AGM and details on the RTO by Thursday we miss the Long Stop date. Is that correct?

The Nomad would have had to approve statements like these from the Chairman ""Once completed, the Board of directors of Vast expect the Proposed Transaction to have a transformational impact on Vast and is expected to progress the Company towards becoming a mid-tier mining company, delivering strong, diversified revenues and cash flows for our shareholders." That's pretty powerful stuff and at complete odds to the silence we are experiencing at the moment.

VAST BOD doing what they do best keeping everyone in the dark until the last possible moment. If they are going to hit the backstop date AGM Notice/INFO has to come by mid week latest.

It's all getting very tight, 15 days until debt deadline, 29 days until the long stop deadline and 21 days notice required for an AGM. News is Overdue!

Is it just me, or do others think we should have heard something by now?
