My best guess on Aviva ---looking at the technical side of things is that if it can hold above 458/460p historic supp. now then a move up to historic res. at 480p ish is on the cards --- After that comes 500p and then 520p ---- Things have just started to turn around ( technically) --- but i wouldn't rule out a consolidation back down about 20p or so perhaps !!---- Optimus , any view on the technicals from your point of view ?---- GS :--- as it happens, i sold some of mine this morning also !!-- GLA ---

I ( and Optimus i suspect ) am " confused " with your change of decision so soon this time !! ---- Gemini aside . Morning All --it's been a very early start for me today !! Optimus :--- I'm short the Dow at 16900 and short the Dax at 9830 . Really overdone on this leg up and overdue a small consolidation now , hopefully --- See what Joshua and Chris say about it all when they post their update just after 9 am. --- GLA -----

All above recent trend res. levels !!--- Stopped out of Dow short for 15pts. on an IP stop .!!-- Be very interesting now to see if the Bullish trend break-outs can be built on !!----- Dow overnight futs. will give a good indication .--- IG's Joshua Mahony right on the money again today !! ----- GLA -----

My IMG posns. and Certificated Share holdings today also ( bought at 171p many, many months ago ) --- for pretty much break even . Probably regret it as a bid may come in now ---- but it was giving me " sleepless nights " there for a while down near the pound marker (lol) --- GLA -----

Just taking a coffee break from " washing & waxing " the neighbours car (lol) ---- no , actually the exhaust bracket had come adrift and was rattling away under their car so i've been a good neighbour and bolted it back on again.Like to keep my hand in now and again on all things mechanical and electrical !!-- Closed my Ashtead long out for a nice 52p gain ( that's a cool £1040 -00 in just under 4 hours ) . Markets taking a nose dive as Bearishness sets in again ---- important levels i posted about a while ago were not held or confirmed !!!--- Massive problems on the World Stage are becoming almost insurmountable it would seem atm.--- Greece, Oil, EU, China , Donald Trump !! etc.etc.etc. --- all bad news, no good news anywhere to be seen ?? Nice rise today on the back of the continuation of the Markets !!!--- Ftse100, Dow & Dax all at res. levels now ----- next moves may be down again according to the pundits !! Has overcome that 442/443p level today and now will be targeting stiff Res. around that 463/464 p level --- After that comes Res. at 480p ish --- Long ways to go yet and general market sentiment now will dictate prices ----- I'm in good profits with my top - up buys so may topslice a bit tomorrow --- depends where the Dow futures go overnight now !!!!-- GLA ------ as Shatter says " BEEP the faith " (lol) ---- just winding you up , matey , no offence intended !!!
