Ray... we cannot quantify the permit as acquired for definite.. however, we note, AST had the permit before (in 2015) before it was revoked and vehemently opposed by one particular NGO, who was pursuing it through the courts.. until they were stopped from doing so ever again! AST have applied for the permit in the new required format, and have responded to all ARSO queries. They were told the last queries (beginning of September) would be the very last ones, and ARSO would review/issue the permit in a prompt manner thereafter. We are were we are now... awaiting it. Only politics would maybe see it fail to materialise... we hope not! :) GL anyway.

Nope... he's far too professional to divulge that to a PI in email... :) All waiting on ARSO.

Sent an email to Colin this morning... asking if he was still confident of issuance of permits... his response was that we were still as per the last RNS, expecting the permit to be issued shortly!! :) Well, at least nothing has changed... still shortly (as per usual), so I guess it's as you were. Probably not much more he can say really. Maybe this week? Let's see... GLA.

The way Slovenia news is reporting it, you'd think AST had asked to put a toxic nuclear waste dump right near one of their cities!! It's a natural gas processing plant... producing gas for their own citizens to use? The IPPC is designed to make sure nothing environmental can/will go wrong, so why not issue it, if AST are complying... beggars belief. Let's hope they see sense... soon! GLA.
