I've just moved my HL held shares across to Halifax. It only took HL 5 months(!) to complete the simple transfer. It was like pulling teeth trying to get anywhere with HL.

Is it possible that BMN might use the money from the recent sell to get off AIM and onto the main board?

Thanks Gary. EUA is my smallest holding - I read up on it a few months back and took an educated punt so my average is much higher than the current sp. Hopefully after 8am tomorrow I'll be back above the waterline!

My guess is, open at 38p, race to 45p+, tree shake at 40p and close at 43p

I'm guessing tomorrow we'll see 1 message posted per trade so at what point will the LSE server just decide to give up and go for a quiet lie down?

Yup, if I were a betting man I'd say he's polishing his trumpet in preparation for a RNS following the mid-April AACR presentation.

Monday 12th April might be a big turning point for us.

Re potential valuation, RMM posted in early Jan:

"...….There are conflicting sizes for the Parkinsons therapeutics global market size (somewhere between £2.8bn and £4.6bn). I’ve gone with the lower estimate just to be prudent. Roche have achieved annual sales of around £278m with Madopar which equates to a 10% share. If one of our molecules was to perform similarly then the lifetime value would be over £2bn. Given the stage we are at a heavily discounted (90%) value would put 7p on the current SP. Get it into P1, with good data and this could easily rise to 21p. At the higher end of the global market estimate we’d be looking at 11.5 and 34p respectively. However, this tends to pale into insignificance when you look at the Covid therapeutics market (excluding vaccines) which was estimated at £13.2bn in 2020. Given the rate of mutation this could easily double in 2021. If TYK2 was to prove effective and gain a 5% share we’d be looking at sales in the region of £1.3bn pa. However, I think a lower P/E is required as vaccines improve and the industry gets on top of the virus. On this basis discounted value today would be 6p on the SP. Then add in FLT3 and that probably adds another 12p minimum. 737 could add another 15p once it gets kick started in anogenital. Then there’s the SKIL platform which I understand to be worth 6p. Total value today in the region of 93p..."

If they offer £1 a share I'll think about it.

Re the covid jab - I had mine on Monday afternoon. Didn't sleep a wink that night, heart racing away and felt roasting from head to ankles but my feet were freezing. Bit of a sore head next morning and very dehydrated as first pee was like orange toothpaste so make sure you drink plenty fluids after you get the jab. (It was the AstraZenica one)

Please excuse my ignorance but would a milestone payment from Sierra be sufficient to progress 1801 or 1802 or would a raise be required? I suppose much will hinge on what comes out of the mid-April presentations re SRA737.

I don't expect a definitive answer but some reasoned thoughts might help potential investors decide to join the Sareum party.

Plus, of course, if some Govt. funding helps accelerate things then so much the better.

Pure speculation based on nothing more than wishful thinking -

Sierra presents their findings and intentions to progress SRA737 on 10th April then we release two RNS; current financial position and news of SRA737 being progressed with milestone payment. By mid-month there might also be news on our mystery patent etc.

Then again, maybe the cat ate their homework and they're having to write it all out again.

Nothing goes up in a straight line so wouldn't be too concerned. It could be the lull before the storm...or not.

There were differences in the DNA damage repair mechanisms in across cell lines and the combination showed significant activity in the xenograft models studied. Are the planets about to align on SRA737? If you have any SAR shares sitting outside an ISA then I'd make the Bed & ISA transfer a priority on 6th April!

I wonder how many punters will pile in tomorrow expecting more of the same with the intention of dumping their shares once they've made a fiver. If they do turn up and a decent RNS also appears then some might be encouraged to stay for the long haul.

Anyway, long may the increase continue, I'm less underwater than I was this morning!

1. 100 - I need Shares.
2. 200 - I need Shares badly but do not take the stock down.
3. 300 - Take (or I am taking) the stock down at least 30% so I can load shares.
4. 400 - Keep trading it sideways.
5. 500 - Gap the stock. Gap can be up or down, depending on direction of 500 signal.
6. 505 - I am short on shares
7. 600 - Apply resistance at the ASK to keep the price from increasing.
8. 700 - Move the price up.
9. 777 - Also recognized as a signal to move the price up.
10. 800 - Prepare for an increase in trading volume.
11. 900 - Allow the stock to float and trade freely.

There are currently 4000 known variants worldwide. However we need to remember a virus's aim is not to kill us or make us sick - a virus is successful when it goes unnoticed and gets transmitted easily. A number of virologists are optomistic that SARS-CoV-2 will follow a similar evolutionary trajectory to the four endemic coronaviruses that cause the common cold. Though when this might happen is anyone's guess.

If Sareum come up with viable treatment then that would be excellent but as many have said previously, a potential Covid treatment is an additional extra to Sareum's main aims.

HL are a bunch of useless amateurs.

I initiated the transfer of my HL share account across to my Halifax account at the start of November. Just before Christmas I contacted Halifax to see what was going on - they'd repeatedly tried to get a valuation from HL to no avail and asked that I contact HL to chase them up.

After sending HL 5 (five!) messages via my account (all unanswered) I phoned them to complain. The chap I spoke to was helpful and agreed the situation was unacceptable etc. etc. and they would expedite the transfer, suggesting it would take just a day or two.

I then get a message via my HL account saying it'll take 5-6 weeks as they first have to contact Halifax to ensure they are capable of holding the shares to be transferred (Bushveld Minerals). What a load of ******! Oh well....

Anyway, if you have need to call HL, do as I did - their phone lines open at 8am so at 7:59:53am I pre-dialled their number excluding the last digit, watching the GMT website I dialled the last digit at 8am on the dot and got answered instantly!

I can highly recommend Halifax as they have been very prompt with any communication and their Webchat is good if you don't want to phone them.

Anyway, when will EUA be sold? GLA!

HL are dreadful - I started the process of moving shares in my HL account to my Halifax account at the start of November. Despite Halifax contacting HL repeatedly for a valuation, HL aren't responding.

I've sent HL 4 messages via my account since 23rd Dec. and not a single reply to any of them. Thankfully 90% of my shares are in my Halifax account so it's just a minor irritant not having them all in one place.

Anyway, rant over.

Correct - anything inside the ISA is out of reach of the taxman.
