Even this bloomberg note seems to be saying it's worth £2.7 billion or 207p?

It seems to just be them saying "they can't see how it will work" for both parties rather than having actual info about the deal?

Easy to hold either way. THG nutrition alone has higher revenue and EBITDA than Fever Tree and Fever Tree has a £1.57 billion market cap, which for THG would be an 120p share price.
So even at 117p this was massively undervalued regardless of a bid situation.

Even if they overpaid at IPO in a sense it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy as THG raised around £920million odd for THG at IPO and another £780 million odd from softbank raise at £5.96.
Some of this was used on acquistions for THG which were overpriced themselves such as Cult Beauty. However in a few years when interest rates go back to normal and there is potential sector re-rate again parts of THG such as Cult Beauty may look less overpriced.

Oil is down 35% on a year ago, US natural gas down 74%, Euro gas down 64% and UK gas down 47%.
Considering if they were the same as last year this would mean 0% inflation coming from energy this is going to be a large disinflation influence, no wonder inflation is predicted to fall steeply in the latter part of this year.
If you scroll down to wholesale food prices they are also mostly down on last year (with a few exceptions).

Yea I looked randomly too playing with the locations. Each state seems to have a few stores that to have the products in store and some stores that don't.
I guess shouldn't be a surprise as walgreens has 8,721 stores whereas Rev B said they are going into 2,800 locations.

What would be the point of such an offer? £1.25 is pretty much equivalent to the market cap of Fever Tree and THG nutrition has better revenue/EBITDA than Fever tree so £1.25 wouldn't be enough even for just Nutrition let alone THG.

It would be surprising, Times and FT stated Sparta had bought a number of times, wasn't even phrased as a rumour and FT even supposedly quoted someone from Sparta but it could be the case they are under 1%. Media did report about Kelso when they were under 1%.

It looks like as said things weren't fully going until July 2022. This means obv the walgreens sales won't even be in the FY2022 results which ended 28th Feb 2022, and will only feature for 1-2 months for interim six months ended Aug 2022.
Makes the outlook they publish moving forward even more intriguing in terms of how Wallgreens sales have gone with these 2,800 stores, with obv the new Primark and Walmart impact to add too.

Apollo will be aware that THG is very well set up to grow in USA in terms of infrastructure. Especially in Beauty with their purchase of beauty supplier Bentley Labs in NJ plus the Dermstore acquisition. Then also the fully automated warehouse in NJ.

Just need to get to 121p and then Nutrition will at-least be valued the same as Fever tree at £1.58 billion (which it should be as Nutrition has higher revenue/EBITDA than Fever tree).
Then can start adding a valuation for Beauty (lets say another £1) /Ingenuity commerce/tax credits which should take it over £2.50.
