Exactly RS, older people are now far more being cautious, and as the average age of a covid death is around 80, this itself can mean a large decrease in deaths. Aswell as ofcourse, more immunity this time around, slightly better treatments and sadly the simple fact that a lot of the most frail people have died a few months before their time back in the spring meaning there are less people currently in hospices and care homes etc or at this level of frailty.
