The resource is fine - they extended the drilling as they keep finding more - so why stop drilling and release an update - when there is still more to find and they have not located the ends yet.

Having a couple of call outs per year is going to have zero affect the council tax. Majority of call outs will be household and arson.

The business I worked for had 5-6 call outs each year - and as a large warehouse containing electrical goods it was 3 - 5 crews turning up. At no point were any of them ever required but they have to be there as a precaution.
