I know it's a bit boring here and not too much happening really for next 12 month but does it really have to be just chatter about prem?

I've been invested in both for 3 years and likely to be for the next 3
When I want to know about prem I go there
I come here to read about kod

If I came here as a potential new investor looking for info and all I see is prem - I'd be likely to bugger off and read
up/invest there instead

I'm still holding through the noise and some negativity.

There have been delays at panr - but this does not automatically roll over to assume there are delays with 88e
it's not like everything is in place and we are desperately awaiting for rig to arrive
the ice-pad construction is not yet complete and rig mobilisation was expected to commence mid feb
if panr well is cleaned over the weekend and tubing replaced this week it still looks on track for mid feb to me

as far as I can see there is no delays for 88e and is still on track for spud early march
the noise may help get a cheaper entry point next few days or a top up - but as I'm already in I'm not risking a sell

as I said on the 88e board I actually see the delays at panr as a benefit to 88e - as their delays were caused by some rig issues, which have been fixed. If it had just been sat unused in storage before coming to us - we would have had to deal with those repairs which could have been tricky within the short drill window. As it now stands the rig is coming to us fixed and warmed up so to speak.

I'm 80% happy with them. I like the interface and charting tools. It's great for any medium to long term trades and no issues on FTSE200 stocks or high liquidity AIM stocks, they all get traded fast

it falls down on the lower liquidity ones, I believe on standard brokers if the automatic electronic trades don't go through in a reasonable time - a real life person will pick up the phone to organise a manual trade for you.
on T212 that doesn't happen, so just sits forever in electronic limbo land till it is eventually matched

a big plus though - I can do a small £200 buy - sell it for £220 and it's still a £20 profit as I've paid no fee

my buy just went through - so that was 3 hours

I left a £200 pending buy so decided on a small punt
though my broker is pretty ****e it will likely sit there for hours - it really struggles a lot on aim stocks
makes it tricky to take advantage of quick moving prices, I have to try and get in early and get back out early else risk being stuck

it's ok for now as relatively small amounts of money and I'm used to it - but if I have a good year this year and get my funds up I'll be looking for a new broker

indeed if they could get a result regarding GDR listing I would personally 100% vote yes to the redomicile asap
without the GDR listing, I'm about 70% in favour as I'm a bit unsure how the ins and outs of my holding, affecting ISA etc but would still overall be in favour of it

the rigs are better off being in use rather than sat idle
being sat idle can lead to more technical problems

whilst it has been in use -" a number of electrical and hydraulic issues with the rig which are now all resolved"....

now if it had just been sat idle until 88e came to use it - these rig issues would need to be fixed and potentially caused delays which is not desired in a short drill window

as it stands the rig will now come along fixed and warmed up ready to go
