from a charting point some would say it was predictable
after a large rise some expect a pullback to Fibonacci levels
the new low is pretty much on the 61.8 % Fibonacci pullback level and the new high is on the 50% level, fairly stable period of consolidation

I understood that from court ruling there is 14 day period where an appeal could be lodged
this ended yesterday
so for those itching and shouting why it is taking so long to get the diamonds ( impatient buggers ) this could be why not yet been collected
even though it was uncontested, I would presume that on a technicality cannot be released till after this 14 day appeal period
It's not just a matter of nipping to bank at anytime to pick it up like your collecting a hundred quid either - now need to organise timings with bank officials, the 2 guys holding the keys and organise security for delivery
personally expect another 2-3 weeks

I suspect people are still awaiting on official RNS for the rig before buying in.
PANR have moved it off the well, but didn't actually state it has been released.

TM1 was like a mini pre-rns guess they wanted to release some news as soon as they could to stop the drift
could still be several month before get the permit? who knows with slow government departments.
Hopefully it's sooner as sounds like just a few minimal amendments/additional info required

if I remember correctly it was the companies intention to open 2 factories per year - so you would theoretically get a fairly consistent growth plan over the next few years.

Of course they need the first 2 up and running, to get the cash flow going to fund the next ones. This is finally getting close.

it could potentially grow faster of course if you take into account the boxes and the exploration.

I still like the looks of this company for long term. Like the idea of being circular and using the recycling profits to help fund the exploration side.
I actually bought at 3.2p, nasty long delays on the licensing from the slow government agencies

I am hoping this update will slow/stop the drift - so much so I have now averaged down my position.

Heron is changing from exploration area to 'special purpose land'
first time anybody has done this in mongolia so it is new for the government as well as matd - hence why it is taking so long. Guess they want to make sure all processes are triple checked and in place for future companies

heron is a production well I believe - so SP will definitely fly when land permit granted

The Company continues to target having everything in place to get the Heron 1 well onstream as soon as the land issue is resolved by the government. Pumping, downhole completion and power generation equipment is now all in country. Production tanks and other related surface equipment have been sourced from Petro China, offering a cost effective solution to achieve rapid production start up. Discussions with Petro China on oil processing, export and sales have also begun with the facilitation and participation of MRPAM.

further detail on matd - rig contract has been signed, confirmed q2 spud awaiting on which exact month detail from contractor - no land permit issues for velociraptor

heron land permit discussions ongoing, hopeful for 2023 - they have basically ringfenced the funds for this so can go all in as soon as the permits sorted. This was why they did fundraise, not desperate for the money but wanted to have the funds available for heron saved.

they have applied for a further exploration licence and interested in a few more - 14 exploration zone licences on offer this year so more potential of further spuds from matd in future - license last 12 years so can sit on them for a couple of years and hopefully by then heron will be in full flow to provide the funds for the further exploration

joint venture with renewable energy company, getting early access to this sector in mongolia and can be used for their well sites. Government wants 20% renewables in next decade, currently power is over 90% coal
