each month they extend it by another month as they were awaiting on sign offs and the ML transfer

- the long stop date is today....so they had to extend it again, but since it is now agreed to get money in asap, they only extended it a couple of weeks rather than a full month

could be sooner ( could be later ) but now its agreed I cant see it taking very long they both want to get started asap

but will take a little time to organise transfer of funds of that size

After initial volatility on fri and profit takers bailing

does look to be an a bit of an uptrend push since then back to the highs of friday

hopefully will continue to push up towards the 100 million cash injection on 15th nov

what happens then? who knows, but suspecting a bit of a drift as will take 12-18 month to build the mine

but that cash will help them explore and help further investigate their gold project.

I'll be keeping eye on it but I have a 'feeling' that it will form a new floor of 0.6 - 0.62 and will spike again on 15th. If this happens I will sell out on 15th - making assumption of a little spike as suspect some investors waiting for the money to actually land in the bank account before they buy in.

Tm1 is buying out the rest of recyclus so they will own 100% of its recycling business - this has been likely to happen for a while now

confusingly although TM1 are buying out recyclus - they are changing the name to recyclus group with new ticker RG1

this is happening in Q1

the estimated build time is 12 month

but everything has to go perfectly and in pretty much majority of construction timelines can slip

even if everything does go perfect, the money lands 15th Nov - and everything has to go full speed ahead and start instantly after money lands. With all the best will in the world, 2024 completion is not really likely is it? It is incredibly tight timeframe.

I would absolutely love to be wrong, but logically I just can not see it being in production in 2024 - and honestly with all the shenanigans at PREM - I would much rather see KOD take their time and get it right, than try and rush it for 2024!!!
