I mentioned before I was watching these for a potential slower swing trade chance from a bottom

it is on resistance now and looks to be going sideways

with recent director buys and Royal Caribbean Cruises statements this week showing strength in the market raising their profit forecast again this could well be the turn

it could of course decide to continue downwards after this sideways stint - however I think there is only about another 10% downward movement in it compared to the potential 50% upside, so I have made my decision and bought in now

There is a difference between a an employee and the bod

employees get shafted

bod get rewards, even when sacked it is often with a golden handshake

like football managers, whatever happens they walk away with full pockets

I took the day trade punt into natwest

it was not market that dropped it that low - it was the mm opening price. I think they over did it

and we do like to see a gap getting filled dup

I'd be wanting a bit more of an explanation

why are they still drilling?

why is it a week later than expected without telling us why?

They are very dangerous plays

I was watching MCLS when it was in similar dire straits - then there was life saving news stories breaking on sky news that morrisons were taking over and rescuing it

it looked great so I bought in

just 15 minutes later the share was suspended to never return

turns out even though morrisons and mcol wanted to deal, the creditors decided nah they would rather it go bust

the kicker was morrison still buying it out but from admin so the shareholders get nothing

only the greedy banks/creditors get a win - and of course the lawyers, they never lose out

to rub salt in the wound, those shares still show in my account so I've been reminded every day for over a year!

they really are wild bets for those who are brave enough/rich enough to not care about the loss

rampers will still shout loud as the ship is going down, cineworld board was always ramping, IOG board still had rampers after they announced it was all over - probably the same ones that are now cross board spamming about a group legal claim!

I briefly bought into SFE after we both considered it swissy as it look like financing was on its way

but it had no real spike so I bailed within a few days

I dodged a bullet there with that RNS today, all fell through and now looking very much like RIP

If I'd sold back at 10p and bought in at 5 I'd have been quite content to sit and ride it out

as it was with another dill breakage and what is looking like further delays I just could not stomach it anymore on top of 2021 issues lol

I can take a 20-25% hit ok but did not want another 40-50% hit it is a lot harder to come back from!

that does not mean that I won't be tempted to get back in at some point though!

I don't think so, I think he just sounds experienced and plausible to be believable - especially compared to the baseless ramps from certain people there

he is not massively deramping imho, not saying it a duster, just trying to explain possible delays and everyone can smell there is some delays somewhere

I think it was jemgee who was chuntering on about a guy in the know - and he is quite aggressive with his posts, seen him on vast before and I don't trust anything he posts

I know its getting in early since testing aint till Jan.....but based on the last year being early and trading any rumour spikes seems to be the way to go.
