Id say the whole world is currently in a pit of negativity. Might take q year or two to break out of this. The high fuel costs, and the war are putting a dampener on people's mood. Suit's me, because at the moment I'm trying to buy stocks, so the cheaper the better, as long as they don't go bust!

Thing is whit the video, the explosion is so large that it's impossible to actually see anything going on. If we could get slow motion we might be able to see, but most CCTV is of low frame rate, to save on data etc. Whatever it was, it must have been a really big bomb.

Thing is, people act like we are doing green things "for the planet", but the reality is, we're doing green things, so HUMANS, can continue to live on the the planet. It's in our own interests to do these things. This is why I consider myself a socialist, because whilst I do think capitalism, and markets can solve some problems, I also believe it cannot solve all problems. Capitalism, and democracy are not the same thing. You can have capitalist dictatorships, like Russia, and you can have socialist democracies like in Scandinavia. The whole point of democracy is that the people decide how they want their society to be managed. Most people would like to first of all, be able to live a reasonably comfortable life. If climate change gets out of hand, that will be impossible. Capitalism, and markets are just a tool, and we as a society can decide, where and when that tool is the best option.

TBF, most socialists hate Putin, he's a low life, that profited off the collapse of the soviet union. Though often socialists find themselves stuck between NATO aka " the west", and other powers. NATO for them still represents capitalism, and imperialism, because it was set up in opposition to the soviet union. To some extent, one might argue that it's almost the other way around nowadays. Russia represents capitalism, and oppression of workers, and their rights, meanwhile the west enjoy many socialist policies, and slowly improving worker's rights.

I'd be ok with a management buy out, as long as the price was fair.

I can't really see any negative to splitting the company. Instead of owning one dirty business, we'd then own, one clean one, and one dirty one.

So basically, the Russian government are being difficult, and therefore Nesis is trying to work a way around such difficulty. That's what I get from all this.

Shein goes in the same category as the "Wish" app, in so much as, they are a chinese company, sending absolute tat, with diabolical customer service, delivery, usability etc. People will always buy stuff from them, but they will also choose to use other, more user friendly options. Not only that, but Boohoo is in the process of building a brand. Price isn't the only reason people buy things.

I think China, and India are gonna be talking big time, because Putin said he would "end the war soon", and he has now doubled down. If I were either of them, I'd be absolutely furious, and consider it a betrayal.

Ray, surely if the assets become unviable, then they will? Just thinking of a potential exit plan, if things get worse.

I wonder how high it would go if they did do it. Hardest part would be knowing when to sell.

Hang in there harj, I got in at 280p originally, averaged down to 75p, once these infrastructure investments ay off we'll be booming again.

I wild be moe than happy with 425p by 2025. I'm looking at holding this for like 20 years. Hopefully by that time it will be a big player, and I can retire.

There is still hope though, thet have some legal man on the board, so they're not just sitting on their hands.
