Still wondering what's been going on recently. Is it just the fundamentals finally coming together? Rate cuts having an affect? Something in the pipeline?

HOME REIT was the only problem and that is already dealt with. We took a temporary hit on rent and it was always manageable, which is part of the reason I bought it because IMO the price was fueled by irrational fear and a temporary raise in interest rates. Div yield is solid with a good chance of increased dividends going forward.

As always risk exists but is often overstated.

At £3 a share I'd be sitting on 150K which for me is a lot of money. I have no issues holding this stick but as the price rises I'll be considering when to start selling. I'll probably wait for £1 before I sell any TBH.

They definitely need to work on their customer service level, although I do wonder about the online reviews because there are also plenty of 5 star ones.

It could mean anything, it could be a tree shake to attempt to spook investors or it could be an admission of defeat regarding the push for liquidation. Time will tell but we could do with a more positive major shareholder.

It's typical of these boards. There's always a bunch of know it all types, that love to spend their time talking about how they can predict the future. They always go silent when they're wrong because they don't seem to actually care about investing and only care about boasting about their unusual ability to predict the future.

The truth is we're all making decisions based on incomplete information and fundamentally that includes a bit of guess work and even the best investors get it wrong.

I definitely suspect that changing the name to Debenhams group was a way of saying to MA that if he wants it he's got to buy the whole thing. There's definitely an element of taunting and strategy going on. £1 a share and I'll go but not 1p less.

I've currently done nothing but I was wondering wether that is a mistake. The trouble is I don't want to risk breaking hte sanctions because they're serious national security laws that I'm not willing to get involved with.

Just got to wait. I've been in this position before and just when you think all is lost it takes off. The testing unit should yield a contract at some point IMO.

The EPL was just a political move by the conservatives to boost popularity, there was no sense to it whatsoever and even net zero advocates can see the futility of it.

I don't get it, we finally have a testing unit with contracts likely to come soon and you quit now after all that time banging the drum!

I'm all for green and carbon neutral but we need to think clearly and as highlighted it's actually increasing carbon output to import so we may as well use our own until such a time as we can find an alternative energy source.
