People are anxious and because the price is so low, any more cash required by placing could be pretty dilutive. They haven't ruled out further raisings although they should have plenty of cash for a while you would think.

If we get a run of good news and the price rises then we may see some warrant holders start to exercise their warrants which would provide more cash but that's only if we get back to 0.4p.
We just have to wait and be patient now.

Seems a bit soon I would say unless they have identified a big win in changing the crushing circuit somewhere.

That's an obvious risk here. We should get final results at the end of may and hopefully no nasty surprises before. If we also get news we are on the way to 40,000 tonnes per month at the current grade or above then we should be on the path to profitability.

I wonder if David Facey is just continuing in the CFO role for the time being?

Thank Connie, yes that's it. TBH I would have been surprised if it was mentioned. I don't really see it as a big negative anyway but hopefully we'll hear something more from the company soon.

It's the only trade in about a week and for a tiny amount. No-one is buying just now so down it goes.

Connie, he will be joint CEO and CFO at Tristar so pretty likely he's leaving BRD to concentrate on that from 1st May

Maybe not although moving to a CEO role is a good reason to move. Wonder if he'll keep all his BRD shares?

Looks like he used to be an oil analyst and managing director at RBC capital and in fact also used to cover Amerisur - found his name mentioned in an old Amerisur presentation from 2015

Basil, I jotted down some figures on this but don't have them to hand right now. They had a good chunk of cash ($49.3m) at the interims and will have generated a fair bit more since then. They also have a $35m working capital facility they announced in last year's finals which I don't think has been used yet. Maybe this is sufficient?
