Good news, should hopefully stem the drip drip of shares.
Optimistic me says perhaps it's best not to run 24/7 during the rainy period anyway and we may have conserved some much needed cash by not doing so.

Hopefully we'll just get guidance reiterated with the Q1 update in early April like last year. Seems someone has decided to sell up today though with a 5 million sell..

Agreed. If/when we get sight of profitability the price will rise

I think the recent placing has knocked the wind out of the sails here a bit. It's down on pretty small volume so doesn't seem much to worry about.
Hopefully the weather has been a bit better than expected this quarter and they have got off to a better start than anticipated with the 24/7 operation also now kicking in.

Bought a few more but I've already got plenty. Hopefully the production forecasts will get some more people interested.

Presumably they were hoping to raise if/when the original colter north came in at a higher price but the colter south hit and then subsequent sidetrack foiled that plan. Just goes to show the importance of being adequately cashed up for all eventualities.

Not that many warrants though in the scheme of things. Seems that this is now on a par or better option than BOIL for colter with a slightly lower market cap than BOIL post placing.

To be honest I'm more suspicious of Turner Pope than the company. They have form with discounted placings, probably offered to their mates/associates for which they take a good amount of fees. Everyone is happy except of course existing shareholders. I see ARCM did a private placement avoiding broker fees this week and I think TXP did too. A much better model if placees can be found fairly easily.

Redbaro all holding percentages have been reduced by the placing including mine and yours. I haven't checked the figures but he probably hasn't sold any it's just his percentage has decreased due to more shares in issue post placing

Yes just thought that while in the shower. It's a percentage change due to the placing meaning his percentage holding is reduced as there are more shares.

It's a selling down isn't it? Interesting thing is I'm not sure they had previously announced they were over 5% which as I mentioned a while ago, it was pretty easy to get a holding over 3% without realising at this market cap. Anyway it appears the Morton family trust have been buying their shares.

Adoubleuk, think you misinterpreted the reply. He meant they should try and resolve the issue with some share dealing platforms (eg Halifax) not allowing shares to be bought in RBD.

Biginers I had the same with iweb. Had to move some funds from there to an IG spreadbet account to buy RBD
