I agree, I think it's just that aim resource stocks have a reputation for issuing lots of shares and there have been the inevitable o&g delays. It's often a question of timing with these kinds of stocks but you couldn't wish for a more news rich period here and an opportunity to prove up multiples of the market cap in a short space of time.

It's not quite clear from the RNS. It looks like someone wanted to swap some Connaught shares for RBD shares or perhaps cash out their Connaught position but that's not so easy given Connaught are a private company. Reabold seem to have facilitated that by issuing them shares in RBD and have acquired a stake in Connaught which therefore gives them a further share of Rathlin (including West Newton) plus any other Connaught projects. It's a fairly small amount in value and I've not worked out if it slightly favours RBD or not but looks like they are doing someone a favour. Might be worth asking the company at Turner Pope if anyone's going?

We may or may not get an RNS or at least not in a timely manner. I'm sure individuals faily to notify sometimes and at these prices it's pretty easy for anyone to build up a sizeable holding and be notifiable almost without realising it.

That's what the warrants from the placing are for no? If he price goes above 0.4p then warrants can be exercised bringing more cash in.

Have you got any thoughts on what the cash position might be?
The placing wasn't that long ago although when asked about the bank balance in the January proactive interview Adam Waugh was a bit vague.

I think Historical Delayed publication is how it sounds. A delayed trade from the past.

I wouldn't mind it being a sell from someone that took part in the placing. As you say, hopefully we'll get an RNS telling us soon either way.

1p should be very conservative assuming they reach their production targets this year with no major issues
