I thought that the rig will be moving away after mou-1 until later in the year and therefore there will be no further drill pads/sites to locate until later in the year.

Thanks for the co-ordinates, looks interesting and certainly seems to be some kind of construction and maybe road added since May 20th, see the images here for yesterday and May the 20th together with my arrows. Worth keeping an eye on!

Adon and Wacky, thanks. I reckon we should be able to find it but as you say all the terrain is very similar looking and there is quite a large area to search unlike TXP where a clearing in the jungle is easier to spot. It should be in the latest satellite image but will probably be easier to locate once there is more drilling infrastructure on site.

Adon, thanks. Sorry just saw the most recent contribution earlier and missed yours. I've had a quick look on Google earth and soar and the co-ordinates seem to differ in that those co-ordinates seem further away from Guercif on Google earth than on Soar. Is that what you've found?

does anyone have any approximate map co-ordinates for where the MOU-1 well is situated? All I've seen to far is approx 9km north of the Mahgreb pipeline which itself is north of Guercif.

That's correct. The Chinnook pad is approx 1-1.5km south on the road. Both Cascadura wells are from the same pad although the drill location underground for Cascadura deep ends further south (I think 800m approx)

It's not the same zone that produced 26mmcf/d at Cascadura ST1 - that well didn't reach into the intermediate. They still have an extra 200 plus new feet of pay to test in the lower sheet they didn't get to in the first Cascadura well.
'These sands correlate to the lower sands discovered and tested in Cascadura-1ST1 at depths between 6,162 and 6,350 feet. The gross Sheet 4 section encountered at Cascadura Deep-1 is more than 245 feet thicker than sands observed in the Cascadura-1ST1 well and is consistent with the Company's models based on seismic data.'

At perhaps $1m per well but 300,000 barrels average per well we might get nearly $10m income for each well for $1m drilling spend.

If we go back to the last proactive presentation, PB said they were pretty confident saying Cascadura intermediate zone would be commercial too based on what they had previously seen at Cascadura 1. He was less sure about Chinook but hopefully we get something similar for gas in Chinook ie 25-30mmcf/d (although less would also be commercial - as at Coho) plus some oil production from the zone they are about to test.
