I think we all put too much in, as PM was so confident and compelling with his plans etc .Although I held shares long before PM I topped up a lot more because of him.Anyway lets hope some good can still come out of it.It was noticeable that the RNS did not have any 'there can be no guarantee' 'limited working capital' type statements and had a more positive tone than previous even though saying Mothae off..But that maybe just because there was no broker/nomad who had to sign it off, We are still in the dark really but just nice to hear anything.GLA

Yes, but at least it sounds the Co as a whole is not toast [not just yet anyway].No mention of the Nomad yet which is a bit worrying but assume working on that still.At least still in the game for now, GLA

I also got no response, but maybe we shouldn't read too much into it. A lot of companies don't seem to respond when there is no particular problem .When there is real/definite news they will have to tell us.But it is bad when they know how worried everyone must be.I think what makes it worse is, if you are like me and losing fortunes on other shares the thought of this going down completely is sickening.Lets hope this will come good and buck the trend.GLA

Still no news,sure this will go right to the wire.The more you read about PM and all his previous statements you can't believe he will just let this go down the pan.It is true he has always mentioned keeping shareholder value and little dilution etc.so to go from that to just wipe out seems unbelievable.But given the current market climate etc .you can't help fearing the worst .Surely he can salvage something with dilution .[even if it not what he planned] if he really cares about the shareholders and his own reputation/money.GLA

If a placing ends up the only option it is likely they will just stick to Lemphane and forget Mothae. This would mean a lot less funds required and hence less dilution.The original company was after all only Lemphane.The share price was really only factoring one mine anyway.At this stage I think everyone will be relieved as long as the company survives, at least then we have a chance of preserving our capital.Our dreams of double figures are long gone for now we just want need the Co to get a Nomad fast and survive.GLA

Someone on here previously said that if it was de-listed from Aim we would still own the shares and the company could re-list at a later stage.Does anyone have any more details how that could work? I assumed if we are de-listed from AIm it was game over.Also one assumes if out of Aim getting finance would be even harder.It would a cruel fate to lose everything in that way with no chance of ever getting anything back.If that happend PM would be disgrace to his profession and surely would be ruined as an equity manager/business man etc.Lets hope he is a man of honour.GLA

to see what our fate is.This is certainly a bad time to be trying to get finance with the commodity sector in turmoil.If only PM could have sorted this months earlier.No doubt he will take it to the wire whatever the final outcome.We need the Nomad at least to prevent being de-listed on Xmas Eve!! .We will soon find out if PM is just a sophisticated Del Boy who is going to stitch us all up,or if he really is the smart/slick finance man he appears.Lets pray its the the later. Lets hope he has the finance and trying to get good/acceptable terms is what is causing the delay.[As opposed to still scrambling around trying to get any finance!] Given all this uncertainty/possible bad ending I think any terms will seem good!! Come on PM put us out of our misery!! GLA

It is good he attended. Would have been more worrying if he pulled out at the last minute. One thing is for sure if this share was not suspended in the current climate/circumstances there would be little left by now.So PM did the right thing there at least.If we can get a new Nomad in place soon that would ease the pressure a bit.All we can do is await our fate!! PM on around now,assume it went ahead.You have to admire his front if he can stand there giving the merits of diamond investing etc.knowing what is going on here.!! We can only hope his super confidence wins through in the end.GLA

You are right if we get a Nomad we can stay suspended until finance done [assuming can get it]. But it maybe a catch 22 situation whereby it is hard to get a Nomad if no financing is sorted yet, or at least nearly sorted.Surely he can't just let this go to Christmas Eve just to tell us its all over.If he did PM would lose all credibility he ever had and a lot of money along with us.I remember PM once said he would be disappointed if the share price was not double figures by Xmas.Now we are praying there is any share price by Xmas!! This was one share I had high hopes for.Shares in general are a nightmare at the moment.Lets hope PM is better than that.GLA

A share can be suspended for months look at BZM it was suspended for 5 months awaiting funding.I am sure most wrote it off long before, but it came back out with an initial massive rise[pump&dump].However we do need to get a new Nomad/broker to avoid being de-listed from AIM which I believe would be around 24/12!!..So really that could be our next deadline.As stated if he can see a problem getting finance for Mothae why not just go for our own asset which would only need a fraction of the money to get in production.Survival of the Co.is surely the priority.GLA

PM would certainly have some nerve doing his presentation on the merits of diamond investing given the shambles that is going on with his own company.Surely he needs to give us some news before that or will he pull out at the last minute? Although he is not specifically talking about his company situation everyone there must know what's going on, so it would not be a position he would want to be in.We might hear something good or bad in the next two days. From my understanding we have 30 days from the announcement 24/11 to find a new nomad/broker or we will be de-listed from aim. Although the £500k loan has an extended date until next year it says they can call default if the shares suspended 10 days from announcement 26/11? or if suspended for 30 days or more in 1 calendar month.But you would assume it is not in their interest to trigger default as would risk losing all and had agreed to the extension in the first place.So that would make the next deadline 24/12.Am I mistaken? any thoughts? GLA we sure need it.

I think PM has tried to be too clever with all these different/complex deals and loans and now it is all starting to unravel.This all started so simple with funding for Lemphane and now who knows what will happen.Ambition is great but the risk of over stretching is always there.All we can do is wait for the next news .GLA we need it

Whatever the the reason for this it is certainly a big worry having lost a fortune on various other shares[particularly Afren] this was one share I thought had real prospects and am heavily invested.Its true until we get clarification we don't know how bad this is.Maybe it was just some dispute,like they did not agree with the suspension of the shares or the way PM conducts the business, but unfortunately it could be worse.Lets just hope we get a response with a good explanation and a sign still ok .GLA
