This must be good news and is almost what I what I said in my post prior to the RNS..Although the funding is still not sorted this £500k was the first worry.It also proves he is doing everything to get it sorted.It is better to stay suspended for now whilst there is still some uncertainty.Good news in my book.GLA

If it is just a delay, but they know it will be agreed, they would probably take the shares for the £500k.They would be on a good thing, as if funding is announced and the suspension lifted they are assured of a good return.The more you read previous RNS about the funding you cannot believe it could just go pear shaped.PM was so confident and precise I am sure a man like that would not give up that easy.We will soon find out.GLA

Lets hope so.I think it might the knock on effect of Lucara's massive diamond discovery which put about 30% on their shares.It might remind people how profitable diamond mines can still be, if you find some special diamonds.Lets see if it can stay up tomorrow.GLA

I am as concerned as everyone else about this situation, and as you say no one really knows what will happen.A point about suspension though.Look at CEB they temp suspended their shares[still are] awaiting an announcement regarding any assets obtained etc.This I assume was to stop the share getting ramped up out of proportion. I know our situation is different and there obviously is a problem/delay but suspension in itself does not always mean game over. Another example being BZM .Lets just hope PM is being clever.GLA

Guy's, I think this suspension and uncertainty is making everyone a bit edgy.Everyone has different opinions and views but the truth is no one really knows what is going to happen.Surely we are all on the same side.We just want to preserve/earn money.[Neither of which I have been very good at lately!! ]As Sen says we should try to focus on the situation GLA

I am not sure if there is a limit but BZM was suspended for over 5 months. No one knows who is right until we get the next RNS. We all know how bad the commodity/diamond market is but the Finance RNS was only on 7/10 so it was not much better then.This gives me some hope that maybe it is negotiating terms still, rather than a complete breakdown,But who knows.If however finance is agreed on good/fair terms this could really shoot up once suspension lifted.Whatever we have no choice but to wait.......GLA

You are right PM was at best over optimistic,But also the Diamond market is not what it was and even a big Player like PDL are apparently having financing issues. hence their massive price drop in recent times.Maybe this decline in the market has spooked the backers a bit, or they are driving a harder bargain.It is such a bad time for all commodities a year or so ago this would have all been sorted easy.I believe he can still do it, as diamond prices are predicted to rise again in the med term.GLA

If the share price had not been suspended people would still have been coming to the same conclusions with no news/rumours etc .the difference is the the share price would be on the floor now whether there is a problem or not.So really PM could not win.At least this way if it is all good it will shoot up from a higher level.If its not so bad but more dilution at least we start from a higher level.The truth is no one knows how it will go but at least the price is safe for now.Look at BZM it was suspended for months then did 587% on return,with ramping.LOL You never know with AIM.GLA

I join with you all in disappointment the funding has not yet been finalised/secured and suspension is scary[Having lost a fortune on the Afren shambles I am paranoid] But this suspension could be a good thing as others have said.This share price would have been beaten down so low with rumours/panic selling and probably all for nothing.PM has always made a point about the share price is too low and trying to avoid heavy dilution.Also how aim is just news/rumour driven etc.and not always true investing, So maybe he is just being clever suspending it.IF the next RNS is good news it is better to be from this share price not about .1-2p.GLA we are still in the game!!

Hi tasteforlife, this is not the busiest of share chats, but a few pop in from time to time.In my opinion this is a good entry price,around all time lows and has been holding around this price for a while so maybe the bottom.Unfortunately my average is a lot higher.The company as you may know is financially secure with money in the bank and no debts.They are very profitable even in these poor market conditions.In these current markets anything can happen but med/long term should be a good buy.But DYOR Good luck with your investments

We have been here before and each time we have had reassurance all ok. The difference is now most are on a loss, so selling now seems even more pointless.Philip is not a fly by night CEO he is well known in financial circles, his reputation and money are at stake. You can be sure he will do everything possible to pull this off.There is so much to play for, and we have waited this long,selling now just seems silly.Just my opinion.. GLA

often the circumstances of the company barely matter, it is often just panic selling trying to preserve some capital. The problem with that is you often sell your best shares just to see them rise in the next few days!!.We all know markets/shares can turn so quickly.These Aim shares with big spreads can drop like a stone on a few small sells and rocket on a few buys.Tomorrow is another day! It is only natural for shareholders to get nervous particularly when we are surrounded by failing commodity shares and still no news here.Maybe a clue is in the fact Philip is due to speak on 2/12/15 at the Mines and Money Conference about the merits of diamond mines/investing etc. It would be very embarrassing to say the least if he had failed to secure his own company's finance on good terms.I believe he knows or is at least very confident it will all be in the bag by the time he speaks.Just a thought.I for one am holding firm.GLA

This has took such a hit since the disaster it could jump on any sentiment improvement.This project is not that significant in production terms but it is more sentiment/potential clear up compensation costs I suppose.Of course very sad for all involved.Mining shares may have their time again,but it seems likely to be a long/tough ride. Good update, seems given the current POO and gas, company.doing all the right things to conserve funds etc. Nice to see a good rise for once but whether it can hold it remains to be seen.GLA

Uncertainty is eroding the share price but there is nothing to suggest there will be any problem.When you see the GEMD RNS today you can see the massive potential here in the future.We are in the same area where these exceptional stones are found.The patient will be rewarded[Hopefully!!] DYOR .GLA

Yes very good update,even in these bad market conditions shows is a solid, profitable co.When the diamond market and sentiment improve this could fly.But when that is we don't know.Lets hope it is soon!! At the moment just to hold over £1 will be something.GLA

Few good buys this morning taking us over .05p briefly.The spread is very high so any buying pressure prior to news this would really move.lets hope we can get back over and hold .05p today.GLA
