Does anyone think that with the current low valuation of Hemogenyx that Vered Caplan would have the balls to take them over with something like a $150m offer? Having looked into Orgenesis it seems to me it would be a perfect fit for them on many fronts, not least with their work on Disease X and Hemos work on CBR, obviously using the same humanised mice? Just a thought, opinions welcome.

My worst year ever as well, think most are in the same boat. Luckily for me it’s just erased all the gains I’ve made over the last three years. Unlucky for me is I’d spent all my previous profit lol. Hoping for a major upturn in my fortunes with HEMO over the coming weeks and months ahead.

In my opinion there is just one negative for Hemogenyx at this moment in time and that’s the SP. Putting aside the CLN’s and the placing from earlier this year (which I’m my view are now firmly in the past), there is only one thing that’s suppressing the SP. It’s not shorters and it’s not traders, it’s solely the lack of news, the lack of a tangible RNS outlining the progress that has been made on CDX, CAR-T and CBR. However, just because no updates have been issued it doesn’t mean that they haven’t been very busy on multiple fronts.
Ask yourself this. Why does Vlad appear extremely confident to go it alone? Why has he organized a move to a super enlarged laboratory? Why are they looking to employ more staff with a view to manufacture CAR? Why would an industry leader such as Dr Walts be excited about Hemo’s technology? Why indeed would not one but two Lasker Clinical Medical Research Award winners (US Nobel equivalent) in Sir Marc Feldmann and David Shepard be working at Hemogenyx, with the former taking the majority of his salary in shares? My view is that Vlad and Hemogenyx have something special and that they are confident their product candidates work. It’s only a matter of time before they prove that with both IND applications and clinical trials. Personally I’m happy to wait as long as it takes.

Think people are starting to realize that CBR is designed to combat ALL viral infections, and that will include Omicron. Vlad could well have played a blinder here. Fingers crossed.

Pumpky I assume you are well down on your investment, as it appears many are, so I get your frustration. I have been over 70% down in many shares myself in the past but have been fortunate in that by just waiting they have all recovered over time. So whilst I understand your anger and frustration from what I see, all the bad news seems to be out the way with Hemogenyx with lots of potential good news on the horizon. I’ve no idea how long it will take LTHs to recover their losses but it appears to me that by the end of Q2 everyone will be in a far better place. CAR-T and CDX should have at least progressed to IND applications, both you would assume will lead to a rerate of the SP and with this new Covid variant Omicron already reaching UK shores Christmas may well have come early for HEMO shareholders with the imminent news of CBR for Covid. Well, I say imminent news but from what I see this has been ‘imminent’ from earlier this year, so as I say, personally I’d give this share 6 months and all being well, it could and should be between 7-10p. All in my opinion. Here’s hoping.

Personally I’m not panicking about the markets being spooked today by this new Covid variant. Despite travel bans there is no way to stop it becoming global. It’s already across South Africa, and into Israel, Belgium and Hong Kong. It’s my understanding that we’ll know by the end of December whether it’s clever enough and mutated enough to bypass all vaccines. God forbid if that is the case as it will be many months to develop a new vaccine to combat it. However, it’s also my understanding that Vlad didn’t develop CBR for Covid, he developed it for the next virus, in fact for precisely what may indeed occur. Hemogenyx may indeed become leading edge and totally unique in their approach to combatting all viral infections. IF indeed this is the case, I would expect patent applications and FDA approvals to be fast tracked. If things progress as I expect them to, the Hemogenyx SP could explode over the coming weeks and months. All trials to date have WORKED. If and once validated, which must be very close to completion, it could be transformational for all concerned. As JHFH says, a rise of 30% would be ludicrous, 300% would be just the start. Obviously all just my opinion.

Just a lack of thought on my part. In hindsight I should have called myself ‘justinvestedinthis’ lol. Regarding anyone on here actually working for HEMO, if they were, I would have hoped they’d all have been sacked by now looking at the SP history.

After watching HEMO for a while I’ve recently been building a position, not as big as most but still sizeable for me. Here’s my thoughts from my initial research. Firstly I think that once CBR Covid results are validated and RNS’d it should provide a good uplift on the current SP. It looks to me as if an announcement should be imminent. Next, I feel sure that both CAR-T and CDX will enter clinical trials next year. Penn seem the very best of partners to achieve CAR-T success and with HEMO now manufacturing CAR (which have a minimum shelf life) as well as advertising for staff, I feel that an IND application will be much sooner than Vlad eluded to ((June) in his recent interview. As you have stated they appear fully funded to take this into phase 1/2 clinical trials. With CDX I just have a feeling that Eli Lilly will not want or allow to drift whilst CAR-T is moving so fast. My feeling is that Eli are going to provide additional funding to HEMO to allow this to proceed at the same pace as CAR-T. Don’t know what form this would take but maybe a stock purchase at a higher SP, or maybe some form of loan? So in short, with at least three product candidates being viable for clinical trials in the medium term an absolute no brainer for me to continue to build and see where we are over the next two quarters. Very exciting stock. All just in my humble opinion.
