Of course we don’t know if the product candidates work in humans. What do you think clinical trials are for!! All we know is that all lab tests to date have shown extremely positive results, good enough for Hemogenyx to think they need a new laboratory with CAR manufacturing capability and to employ new staff with CAR expertise. The choices for investors is to get in now at 1.6 or indeed wait for results and pay 12-15p or more.

I’m a LTH and I’m happy. Not bothered about todays SP as I’m not selling anytime soon. Lots of exciting announcements in the near future and fully expect a substantial rerate. Don’t know why those who continue to whine are still holding but each to their own. Nearly there. Tick tock.

You have people here stating ‘the inevitable fall back to 1.4’ and others stating the SP will only rise from here’ in the run up to news. One will be wrong and one will be right. I know which side I’m on. Come on HEMO!

And therein lies the problem Micky. Loyal LTH’s are likely to sell at break even and count it as a lucky escape, whereas others will hold until clinical results are in for CAR-T. Personally I see 2p soon, 4-5p on IND and 7-9p on results. I for one will be holding to make some money!

Mr India I for one have never thought you trade HEMO. I just think you panicked a little with being so far underwater, understandable in many ways. However, hopefully all water under the bridge, we’re entering a news rich period and I for one am VERY confident we’ll be at the levels we’ve been expecting in the not too distant future. From what I can see, this is the only conference I can see that starts on Saturday. No idea if this is what Vlad is attending (if he is he’s not down to present) but they do have an American partnership so who knows.

Fact: Institutional investors won’t get involved until the mcap is £50m

Fact: The vast majority of private investors follow the herd which is why over 95% of them lose money

Fact: Hemogenyx HAVE viable product candidates and will become a clinical company

Fact: Most private investors will be locked out when Hemogenyx release positive news and those that do get in will end up with a higher average than you

So what Vlad says or does is largely irrelevant from this point forward.

If you disagree, don’t buy any or sell what you have. It’s of no interest to me. I’m happy to wait.

Mr I. People may indeed be selling to try to make better profits elsewhere. That doesn’t mean they are right or they will. Vlad has stated that the FDA PIND meeting in May will not affect CAR-T timelines and furthermore the partnership with WuXi will actually accelerate them. As JHFH has stated the move to the new laboratory is imminent, days away. Things will move forward very soon, certainly in Q2. They are approaching becoming a clinical company and that will be huge, a real inflection point for the company and us shareholders. I would urge you to contain your frustration and be patient. Then you can judge whether those who have sold have made the right decision against those of us who have held. I would suggest it’s going to be very difficult to get a better gain in your holdings than Hemogenyx in Q2.

The timing of clinical trials is very much dependent on the type of IND application that Hemogenyx submit. If CAR-T is designated as a breakthrough therapy or a fast track process then trials will commence very quickly, if not they would occur later. My understanding is that Hemogenyx are going to submit them as fast track and it may well be the FDA upgrade it to breakthrough. Either way I expect them to commence soon, and that would mean the IND application is submitted in the next few weeks at latest.

At these levels an offer of 3p would be hard to vote no to. It’s up to Vlad to ensure that losing control of his company doesn’t become an issue, certainly at the levels being discussed. Let’s get that IND application in Vlad and start adding some shareholder value!

Mr India Yes this has been a tough stock to be invested in, to date anyway. Moving into the new laboratory is absolutely key to progress as then they can manufacture CAR and submit their IND application. I’d be surprised if the move wasn’t announced this week and an IND application wasn’t submitted next month. Once this process is complete they are in their way to be a clinical company with a mcap to match. CBR,CDX and Hu-PHEC updates are just the icing on the cake, it’s moving CAR-T into clinical trials that is the inflection point and hopefully that won’t be too long. As for Vlads new venture, I think he’s a fool for posting it, it takes away focus on Hemogenyx and creates additional doubt in the mind of holders. Who cares what he does in his ‘spare’ time. He should keep that to himself. His ONLY focus at the moment should be creating shareholder value for Hemogenyx!

So after ten years of developing a portfolio of life saving drugs, being fully funded through to clinical proof of concept, having negotiated a fully equipped purpose built laboratory to make their own CAR, and looking to double their number of scientists, all whilst achieving a saving of £2.5m from outsourcing the process, having an imminent IND application for CAR-T and being on the brink of their first human clinical trials, people are speculating that Vlad is going? Do me a favour, he’s going nowhere! Absolutely guaranteed! He’ll see his work through to the end, when shareholder value is delivered and when product candidates become life saving drugs.

Stop talking bo77ocks, people think they’ll be no fundraising because Vlad has said there definitely won’t be. They are fully funded to clinical proof of concept so run along.

Agreed, great interview. A very bullish and confident Vlad. Into the new lab ‘in days or weeks’. Very exciting and profitable times ahead for all holders. :)

Following the successful collaboration with J&J on the development model it would be no surprise to me if they were also the chosen partner on CBR. Think we’ll know next month.
