Regardless of the ongoing war we all know the thing that will move Hemogenyx on an upward path is news, especially news that signifies they are moving towards clinical trials. Personally I think that time is approaching and I’m expecting news soon, hopefully in the coming week! I wouldn’t be surprised if we end the week a lot higher. Fingers crossed.

Do not be fooled on a drop on small volumes. This will bounce and in my opinion news will be out very soon. Each to their own but you’re going to regret it if you sell in this current climate. Hold your nerve and wait!

Things are looking VERY good for HEMO they are just not looking good for the SP. That’s temporary though, the company and science is in great shape.

All you need to take from the videos is the message ‘one step closer to clinical trials’. Once there, all shareholders will be in profit. Might take a few months but they will enter clinical trials!

Oh let me answer two of your questions before I go. On the infamous Lunus, I’m sure I read he was banned from LSE so I’m guessing he won’t be posting here anytime soon lol. I have read a few of his posts on the other board so he’s still about, if it’s the same person. On your other question ‘how can you value a pre clinical company with no revenuse’, by the way the question alone show a fare degree of stupidity, let me explain..you take multi millions in the bank (enough to see HEMO through phase 1 clinical trials for both CAR-T and CDX. You take patents approved for Hu-PHEC, CAR-T and CDX, you consider it usually takes around 10 years to develop a drug and move your company from pre clinical R&D to clinical trials, you realise that Hemogenyx are a matter of months away with not one but two or three product candidates, you see they are looking to move into a new purpose built laboratory in the coming weeks (and wonder why they have the capability to manufacture their own CAR..think about why for a moment), they are looking to double their number of scientists and then you make a judgement. The market says they’re worth around 11m, I think that should be nearer 20m. You think 10p is ridiculous but what you’re saying is that if ANY product candidate proves clinical proof of concept they won’t be worth anything like 100m mcap, when any product candidate will be worth a minimum of 500m, upwards of 1bn for CAR-T??

As I say, you have no idea who you’ve invested in, no idea of the pharmaceutical sector, no idea of potential returns and in short..no idea. That my friend is what makes you an imbecile.

Mr I I’d get a grip of yourself! Nobody is happy with the performance of Hemogenyx, but only the performance of the share price and you always confuse the two. If you can’t take being down on an investment, you can’t take getting the wrong entry point, you can’t take through your own greed overstretching yourself and you can’t take personal responsibility for your investments then don’t ****ing invest! Go put your money in a piggy bank. The coast majority of the rest of us will wait until the science delivers and the SP rerates.

Mr India Haven spoken to JHFH I can assure you that both him and Lunus are holding all their shares and waiting for news. As for others comments on lab environment and what equipment is actually doing I’d rather focus on the comment. They ARE moving into the clinic, they will substantially rerate. If you have the balls to wait you’ll make money.

MB I think with Vlad in New York I think most would just call you a liar. That being said, it was the first time I’d contacted Vlad and appreciated him responding but I get your scepticism so will keep any further thoughts to myself. GLA.

I emailed Vlad and all I can say (as it’s already in the public domain) is there definitely won’t be any placing. As previously stated by Vlad he confirmed they are fully funded through clinical trials.

No matter how low I get along the journey I’d never sell any shares until proof of concept is achieved, especially after Vlad got back to me last night. Hold and accumulate for me.

Don’t think anyone can argue that the communication from HEMO has been nothing short of disgraceful, CBR in particular. It will be two years in a couple of months with no meaningful update at all. I understand the situation of running it in ‘stealth’ mode, but if that was the case don’t say in an interview last June that an update was coming soon with regular updates to follow. Still nobody knows whether pre clinical work is complete, nor do we know whether CAR-T or CDX are with regards to IND applications. Vlad obviously still thinks he’s running his private company with no thought on shareholders. On the positive side there can be no placement, for one thing they are not valued enough to raise any meaningful funds from this avenue, would only get £2m at most imo. Just got to hope they deliver on a non dilutive option by early summer and deliver upon their IND applications in the same timeframe. Whatever Vlad has said to date has been incorrect so can only hope the science does work and the candidates will make it into clinical trials, whenever that might be. Who knows, one day this year we might actually find out what the **** is going on with CBR and what it actually is.

JHFH is just taking a break whilst we await news on the CAR-T IND application. Anything we hear on CDX, CBR or a non dilutive funding agreement before then will be a welcome bonus.

Brewsky you talk a lot of sense in your posts and your frustration is apparent. In my opinion nobody invested today, or over the last few years for that matter will ever hold for the billions that Vlad tweeted some time back. I think most hope (certainly I do) that getting a product candidate through clinical proof of concept will attain a Mcap of between 50-70m. I’m sure an SP of 7p will be enough for most people to cash in and put an end to this relentless drama. If as you elude to someone such as Orgenesis or a larger pharma come in with an offer of say £50m for the whole company in the interim I think it would be voted through and due to Vlads appalling financial dealings there would be nothing he or the board could do about it. I believe in the science and that their product candidates will work but I for investors it’s about making money and loyalty to Vlad is wearing thin from where I’m standing. Time will tell what happens from here but my honest opinion is that if you have an average over 6p you’re in quite a bit of trouble, but those below that should be ok in time.

Well that RNS probably sums everything up on being a HEMO shareholder. An application for a meeting, you wait just over the 60 days allocated for a response to be told there’s going to be a delay of just over 60 days for an answer.
Except there is no real delay as it doesn’t affect the actual IND application nor does it impact on the clinical trial roadmap. What it does confirm is that the IND application or applications if you include CDX and maybe CBR are going to be submitted around May/June. So three months or so before we begin the road to becoming clinical. I’ll put these away, take some time out and see where we are early summer. Good luck to those with patience, bye bye to those who don’t.

Patent applications can take anywhere from a few months to many years to be approved. It’s my understanding that the new joint applications from HEMO and Lilly will not delay any IND application or clinical trials. Patents can be applied for at any time during the process. It’s fair to say, based on the facts, that we are unaware of the status regarding IND applications for CDX, CAR-T and for that matter CBR. We can only hope with the partners we have aligned with that HEMO will issue news on at least one product candidate sooner rather than later.

Patience is a skill that many need to learn. Do not buy or sell shares on emotion. Just my opinion.
