With momentum building and volume up HEMO was always going to fly from these levels. With another 1 or 2 RNS’s this month MMs will have to up the price to entice sellers. Sticky hands for me.

Don’t forget we also have end of year report in a week or so as well. Certainly nearer my 2p+ end of month target after today. GLA

Whilst I would agree that there has been mismanagement and nativity on the financial side for Hemogenyx the benefit it brings is that they are fully funded to take CAR-T through to clinical proof of concept. Vlad once stated it would be a gross betrayal of shareholders to sub license a product before it reached proof of concept, as if you wait it will be 20-30 times the value in the clinic as opposed to being pre-clinical R&D. If CAR-T achieves clinical proof of concept over the coming months (that he clearly believes it will) then he’ll go from zero to hero in a very short period of time. So you either believe in the science as I do, or you don’t. Anybody that does should be buying at these levels and anybody that doesn’t shouldn’t have bought in the first place and if they did should be selling at the earliest opportunity and moving on. Despite many candidates failing in pharma trials I believe all the signs are that CAR-T will indeed work and will go on to save countless lives and in the process will make me a lot of money, despite being underwater at the moment. I have no idea when I’ll make money but I’m fairly certain it’ll be this year and I’m very hopeful I’ll be back in profit during Q2. As I say, you either believe or you don’t. Simple really.

They have picked one and it’s CAR-T. IND approval followed by clinical proof of concept will secure finance for all of Hemogenyx product candidates as well as a substantial rerate for all investors. It’s high risk and high return and the decision to make is will it work. To me, working in collaboration with world leading scientists in CAR-T from Penn University gives them an excellent chance. Hemogenyx moving into a new laboratory with CAR manufacturing capability also demonstrates a high level of internal confidence. Not long to wait before we know one way or the other.

Having emailed Vlad myself and receiving a response the key thing I took from it was that CAR-T is on track for clinical trials. That alone is reason to hold. I do expect us to receive an update on this shortly. Very painful at the moment but no reason to doubt there are better days ahead.

All the BOD have to take responsibility for the current SP. Feldmann, Redmond, Walts and especially the two Sandlers. The frustration here is not the science which I believe to be groundbreaking and a real paradigm shift in the treatment of blood disorders, it is with the management which considering their experience has been shown to be extremely poor in their judgment, and naive in the extreme. One example of this is their PR, or lack of it. To have a website that focuses on Hu-PHEC and CDX shows it hasn’t been updated from 2016. No mention of CBR or even CAR-T, pretty scandalous considering it’s weeks away from IND and clinical trials. My take is Vlad is getting good advice but ignores it. He runs the company in a very autocratic manner, happy for everything to run in stealth mode as if it’s his own private company. Well it’s NOT! My take is he has two options. He either changes and listens to those around him or he losses the company. I expect an aggressive offer to be made in the coming weeks, around the £30m mark and am hopeful with five extremely promising product candidates, all IP protected, that there could be a bidding war and a price of £50m+ would be agreed. I’m pretty sure Vlad will never change so I expect the latter scenario and if he does lose the company and over a decade of work, I for one will give him the respect and consideration he has given us PI’s..which is none.

All things considered a very disappointing day. On the plus side that’s CBR, Hu-PHEC, CDX and CAR-T all patent protected and all viable product candidates. The negative is obviously the SP performance and only Hemogenyx can address that. Hopefully progressing CAR-T through IND and clinical proof of concept will be the inflection point but looking like a much longer wait than anticipated for any substantial rerate. It is what it is, the science gives me confidence but very frustrating at the moment. I’ll continue to hold for as long as it takes.

Of course but in little over a week 2p is acceptable.

Well my feeling was right on news being due and that CBR would be first up. I also have a feeling that is the first update of many this month. Still predicting 2p for the end of the quarter.

As Hemo were down around 3.6% for most of the afternoon we’ll agree to differ as I thought ending level was indeed a good recovery.
All will become clearer in the coming days in my opinion, especially when Vlad gets back from his trip abroad. Tick tock.

Good recovery today in a depressed market. I expect HEMO to keep rising into news that could come any day now. What will be the first RNS we get? The move to the new laboratory, CAR-T IND or CBR? Could be any of those but I just have a feeling Vlad’s going to announce what he’s been developing for the last two years on the CBR platform first. A totally unique approach to curing all sorts of cancer and viral diseases. With China approaching a national Covid lockdown the timing could be perfect. Here’s hoping for a fantastic end to the quarter. Fingers crossed! GLA

Huge couple of weeks coming up for Hemogenyx.
We are due updates on:
The move to the new laboratory.
The CBR platform for cancer and viral diseases.
The progress of CAR-T IND application.
The progress of CDX IND application.
The progress of Lupus with Eli Lilly.
Whatever is not covered with an RNS this quarter will be included in the Annual Report and Financial Statement, which will not only outline the progress in detail for each product candidate but will also confirm they require no additional funds before proving clinical proof of concept for at least two candidates, CAR-T and CDX.
Personally I stand by my previous prediction that the SP will be over 2p by the end of this month, and that’s still way too cheap. Happy to hold for a great of while yet as this is only going one way from here and that’s up. All in my opinion. DYOR.

Tilly Completely agree. Wouldn’t be at all surprised to see Hemogenyx trading above 2p by the end of this month, regardless of the situation in Ukraine.

Expect a nice rise into the first piece of news which can’t be long. Successful talks in Turkey will add to the feel good factor.

Tuan you cum bak with pour English whis in bad enouf but surely u can fathm that Hu-PHEC, CDX and CAR-T equals three patents not two? Uther than that your posts are vey insightful..then again maybe not.

Let’s be frank, we are in the midst of a truly brutal market (unless you are fortunate enough to hold energy stocks).
We have a double whammy holding HEMO as pharmaceutical companies have been in a bear market for over a year. Take Moderna as an example. They are down 72% and have had $140bn wiped off their market capitalisation. This situation has further been compounded by the fact when there is fear and uncertainty in the market people flee from small caps and invest in less risky blue chips or convert their investments into cash. For Hemogenyx investors who were already reeling and heavily underwater from the CLN agreement and a placing this has been nothing short of a disaster for all that hold.
But, it’s very important not to panic. It’s very important in these troubled times not to let your emotions control your decisions on your investments. I realise everyone has their own personal pressures but IF you can hold, then do so.
And here’s why I think you should. Despite what some may say, Hemogenyx are not a shell company that are going to fade away. They are not going to go out of business nor will they run out of money. On the contrary for a small cap they are quite cash risk (unfortunately mostly at our expense). I believe them when they say they are funded through to clinical proof of concept for not one but two product candidates, CAR-T and CDX. It is my belief that Hemogenyx are very very confident that CAR-T will get IND approval from the FDA and that they will indeed become a clinical company. It is my understanding that Hemogenyx will also apply for a fast track application and again are confident this will be approved. For CAR-T and CDX they are collaborating with best in class companies and some of the leading scientists in the world in their field. They are moving to a best in class laboratory in the very near future allowing them to bypass manufacturing bottlenecks and manufacture their own CAR and are endeavouring to employ another ten scientists to double their workforce. These things alone demonstrate the complete confidence they have in their science and their product candidates.
The move from an R&D research company to a clinical company is simply huge. Peer level companies after phase one human clinical trials still have an average market capitalization of $160m, and that’s based on one product candidate. Hemogenyx have at least two if not three product candidates approaching this stage, if you count Hu-PHEC. Furthermore they have a new concept of treating cancer and viral infections in the CBR platform that one would expect an announcement on soon.
So in summary, yes we are all frustrated. Yes we are all underwater and we could all have owned far more shares if we had waited. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. We are battered and bruised but the future really is bright. As I say IF you are in a position where you can hold, maybe for a few months, there really is no reason we can’t all make good money on our investm

Arguing with each other will not change the SP. Try to control your emotions during these very difficult times. As I’ve said only tangible news will lift us and I expect the first part of that this week. Stay calm and try to refrain from attacking one another.
