Worldwide oil usage has increased so far every year, there is and will be a demand for many years to come although renewables hopefully will play a larger part but will never replace the 1001 uses for oil.

Lack of recent exploration has not kept up with world wide depletion of producing wells. Sealion and Isobel will be coming on stream just at the right time.

Companies initially may have made money but the debts are in the billions and getting worse. Rapid well depletion means non stop drilling. This disaster will soon be headlines

I recommend people watch the last interview Malcy had with Tony Durrant. Very interesting and basically shows that PMO have hardly put a foot wrong over the past 3 years. The Falklands will and I quote be transformational for the company. Debt has been massively reduced, the sale of Zama is another step , the progress of which we may hear about on Thursday. Things are looking good .

A problem these traders have and fund managers is results need to be instant. Failure results in them being replaced. The private investor. Once having done research can patiently wait. The others try to demoralise at the last minute to literally steal the shares they've scared out of people. That's what's going on now. Don't fall for it. Your patience and mine will be rewarded.

The bashers are now trying to appear whiter than white. Big things are happening. A project of this size in a new domain takes time held up yes by past problems with the oil price slide and consequent dept pile. PMO has as most people know not put a foot wrong over the past 3 years. Debt reduced by the day, Zama sale, tolmount extension and upgrade. Everything is falling into place for Sealion etc and full appraisal of isobel, thought to be even bigger. Times are getting exciting. Get your shares into isas and be protected when this rockets. Why should the tax man benefit and not you.

If anyone cares to do any research they will find the annual demand for oil is increasing year on year. The reserves in the Falklands are large and of a high quality which also additionally is a plus point. OK there is a green revolution but it has along way to go. People forget that oil is used for much more than just energy.

What about the money agreed for RKH carry? Or amongst other things have you conviently forgotten to mention that!

Thanks Mogger as usual. There is much that obviously needs to be done when you open up a new province. This truly shows Premier’s determination to get this project off the ground but requires patience.

The last few years have been very tough for the oil industry. Many have gone to the wall. Rkh have managed to ride the downturn without any debt. They are sitting on an enormous amount of oil especially concidering the unappraised isobel discovery thought to be larger than Sealion. There are also many other satellite field discoveries.
Patience will be rewarded. Thanks Mogger for your latest informative post. Xmas/new year looks like a possibly very rewarding time.
The Italian case also should see a uplift as they due to how the case was pursued cannot avoid paying or overseas assets get seized. Well done Rockhopper.
