If I've understood it correctly, the tax asset and public listing are worth around 3.5 times the market cap when they suspended. So that would put it at around 1.75p/share.
But it would take time and effort for the new company to redeem that, so it wouldn't be worth as much as that to them. Plus, Hercules has warrants over 25% of Motif for £1m and the value of Iclaprim is entirely unknown, so it's anybody's guess really. I think it's the market's reaction to the new company that will offer us the real potential for a decent return here. But that relies partly on us getting a good deal in the RTO.
