Aren't lab-scale achievements a necessary step in the realization of commercial-scale success? Because that's how they gain industry recognition and investment.

No I've only just got here so that wouldn't explain it.

I've been looking back over the past few months to familiarise myself with this forum and the company, and you seem to focus almost entirely on reasons not to invest here.

The original purpose was to ensure they could remain in contact if this message board was taken down. Repeated attempts to explain that this site doesn't disable boards even when their shares are delisted seems to have gone unnoticed.

At one point the next step was to call an EGM to have a vote to get the board of directors removed. I'm not sure if that's still the case but either way there doesn't seem to be any plan for what happens if that's successful.

All I've seen is a constant stream of criticism, supposedly in the interests of "balance and fairness" somehow.

No offense guys but I think the only thing dumber than voting 'no' is thinking that you're going to be able to turn the company's fortunes around now.

What's your plan if you actually manage to vote out the BoD?

It's not what I'd call proof. How can you be so sure they weren't just responding to an increase in volume and the number of trades?

They offered us the same price our shares were selling for in early 2020.

We had 100% of a company whose market cap was £350k shortly before suspension, and they wanted to exchange that for 3.6% of a company with a market cap of around £10m.

We also would've gained a share in the exciting new ADC assets while giving up most of the Iclaprim money-pit.

I'm not sure it was the directors' greed that screwed us here.

It sounds like you're trying to scare people into believing whatever stupid conspiracy theory you do.

The government's advisors are working from the best scientific data available. But looking at it rationally, if you get your news from second, third or fourth-hand sources it's inevitable that misunderstanding will creep in.

If we'd voted yes we'd have shares in an ADC developer now. They're huge at the moment and we could've easily been in profit within a few years.

Instead we've succeeded in keeping a larger share of an asset that you could've got for free last year with the purchase of a cash shell for £350k. Meanwhile the directors are phoning around to line up their next six-figure salary.

I didn't have enough gambled here to be more than slightly irritated. But 'no' was clearly a ridiculous choice.

If the BoD arrange that facility they'll provide details. If they don't arrange it I have no idea if you can do so yourself. Take a look at a site called Asset Match for an example of how it's done.

It's a site that lets you buy and sell shares in a cancelled (i.e. private) company.

Yeah the deaths aren't even as high as in March 2020. It'll probably just go away if we ignore it then. Maybe cross our fingers just to be on the safe side.

No. I can explain why I'm willing to trust their judgement more than yours though. But do you really need me to explain that?

The entire Recovery program was focused on testing known, approved treatments to see the effect they had on this new, unknown disease. But if they'd sought your advice first I think these medical experts would probably have still proceeded with their plan tbh.
