What could any of us possibly say to them that would increase the chances of an RTO?

I was working under a general assumption that they had to announce the resolution 14 days before voting commenced, and it would end 14 days after commencing. Then, if it passes, presumably allow another one or two working days to put the RTO paperwork through.

I don't know what timescales are actually specified though. But I think it's very likely we'd have to hear something definite at least three weeks before the delisting date.

I'm quite certain they have to announce a vote in advance, then allow time to get it voted on.

I've been optimistic so far. But if we haven't heard anything by the end of next week I believe it can only mean one of two things: 1) It won't happen, or 2) They're going to be very, very busy in the few days between Christmas and New Year's eve.

If there's been no vote announced in the first couple of days of 2021 I don't think it will be possible for them to do it even if there is an agreement with a buyer.

If so, that would suggest they've increased the value of the IP. In which case, 'zero results' is quite inaccurate.

Yeah we're in good hands with Boris. A natural leader, honourable til the end. With a bit of luck we'll have all his old mates in charge of running things before long, instead of Brussels bureaucrats like Farage just turning up to cash their cheques.

They reached the term-sheet stage with several companies.

The value of the assets is completely unknown, so it's likely there would be some negotiation back-and-forth with several companies and that would take time. Do you really think they would release any news while it's ongoing?

I'm not in the industry, but it's shown up in some studies I found.

Personally I can't think of a better way to express how much time the patients, as a group, have potentially been exposed to the virus.

I mean, if they'd tested for coronavirus a day after vaccinating they would have probably got a 100% success rate. But it wouldn't be a true measure of its efficacy, and the 'patient-years' would reflect that.

It sounds like PulMo BioMed is in a similar position to Deepverge in that they hold the patent on a technology that the breathalyser uses.

But I suspect that the engineering and logistical challenges of producing 100m units and getting them to retailers is enormous. Since that's not something Deepverge has experience of I'm wondering when we will begin to hear more on that aspect of development. It would be nice if everything else were in place when the results come in.

So nobody on here knows whether Deepverge will be dealing directly with a manufacturer and retailers, or if they're currently in talks to license the product to a company that has experience in those areas?

After the test results, that sounds like a significant milestone that must be reached.
