Gunfish - I'm also expecting Quadrivio to actively push clients in SYME's direction now, since both parties benefit from clients using the platform. This makes Quadrivio a great package deal - funding, clientbase & marketing all rolled into one deal. Masterful.

I thought it should be expected that the market would go a bit wonky over new year since there's a lot of macro-scale stuff happening (the B word and the C word specifically). Lots of rebalancing will be happening right now for tax reasons too.

Nothing new but confirmation in person that everything is on track as planned and we can expect to see revenues on book from now.
Also the importance of the Quadrivio deal being emphasised as not only a funding partnership but also a source of client companies - I thought this was the most interesting thing he talked about really as this should funnel in a decent steady stream of clients to get the revenues ball rolling pretty quickly.

That's really what we're waiting for here, revenue numbers.

Things I got from the interview;

Everything is on track within the planned timeline.
We are no longer waiting on numbers from a single monetisation transaction, we will instead be seeing monthly client monetisations.
Quadrivio is a really big deal for the company because it provides both transaction funding and a stream of clients.
We will be seeing monetisation revenues on the books.

All sounds good to me. Happy to hold what I have and add more as/when I can for now.

Sorros - It really depends on how quickly we start seeing client inventory monetised. The business model implies that we collect our fee at the time of the transaction meaning if the 300 companies that are already in the onboarding process are completed we could have net profits of £28m by the end of the financial year. More if the number of client deals completed increases before then.
The only scenario that results in a loss at the moment is if zero deals are completed which I feel is quite unlikely at this point.

For us, nothing happens either way. The .69 option was a bet on where the price would land on a given day was all. Turned out he was right as we were at .7 earlier.

The price dropped. The value of the business didn't change. There's still £1.9bn of inventory lined up to monetise and we now have formal confirmation it will be monetised. Less risk. Same upside.

Actually, re-reading (as i'm sure many will through the day) this is the most important part...

"The eligible Client Companies are ready to implement the inventory monetisation process and their financial advisory teams (including external auditors numbering among them two of the Big4[1] audit firms) have approved the structure and derecognition accounting treatment of the inventory monetisation transaction."

This means the most imlortant part of the business model is valid and approved - that the companies can account for this funding as a sale rather than debt. This was actually the most important part of all this. This is the key thing that makes this a hugely valuable proposition to the client companies.

I don't think we will get that kind of data till end of march, at which point they will be releasing their annual figures.
This is confirmation that the platform is functional, scalable, reglatory compliant and funded. All the things that were in the works to make the platform exist have now been completed and now they will start monetising inventory for the clients they have already made agreements with. This is only the beginning but it's a confirmed in writing "this is now actually a thing that is happening".

The Storm Harbour news we are waiting for is the completion of the fist tranche of securitisations. This news will confirm the viability of the monetisation platform and secure the first income from securitisation of inventories in the real world.
Effectively it functions as a confirmed proof of concept to the market and we expect the shar price to rocket in accordance with that excellent news that we anticipate is imminent because previous RNS said "end of year" for confirmation.

Was thinking about this yesterday after watching an interview with a driver who has already been there for 4 days, living out of his truck and a public toilet. Horrible situation to be forced into.
