It's pretty obvious from the point they are RNSd - if the SP is above the execution price then the owner of the warrants will exercise them. Given the SP is significantly higher then it is safe to assume that they will ALL be exercised; HEMO will get additional funding and the shares in issue will be a little north of 6m.

Strange advice - most funds I have looked at and on occasions contacted them about Hemo have always confirmed they have an 'maCap' floor.

It Hemo can stabilise above £10 it will absolutely be on the radars of funds. Lots of Biotech growth funds out there; I'm sure Hemo would be a make a handy addition to their portfolios

Vlad has to use the terminology 'potential' as nothing in science that is planned can be 100%. But I'm in no doubt we will see the extension into paediatric and have no doubt that the efficacy is extremely encouraging behind the scenes

Hemogenyx have always treated RNS with respect - they never unduly or purposely exaggerate progress and stay compliant with stock market rules

I'm loving the volume / interest and performance of HEMO this last few days

I'm hating all the chat in this forum - I've seen too much rubbish over the years from speculators / day traders etc. I'm not critical of what they are doing with their money, but hate what it brings to this forum.

I've personally enjoyed reading the comments from HereforHemo this week - we've never really seen eye to eye before but as a LTH and interest in this share he/she is very much on my page. We need to see the SP get into double digits which gives us a Mcap of >£50m. I am in no doubt that with £1m in the bank, Ph1 trials progressing well, FDA approval to extend trial into children and CDX/CBR waiting in the wings, HEMO can now command an mCAP in the region of £100m. The half dozen of LTHers i know are all holding strong and we know that we have lots of shares in sticky hands (Sandlers, Prevail, other Board members, recent group of investors)

This will get squeezed if/when IIs want a piece of the action.

If the trials continue to show promise - its inevitable that something good will follow for the company by way of investment

The % change is the same

The change in market cap is the same

The fact is very clear - the company was valued at £9m a week ago, it is now valued at £45m

Mr India - the £50m threshold is very interesting

Most institutional funds have it written into their constitution that they will only invest in companies with an mCap abover £50m

There will be a good number of small cap / growth / biotech funds that will conside taking some HEMO shares - hopefully our broker and Prevail will help market and drive awareness amount the IIs

It similar to hwne shares are close to promotion to the on of the big index's

£10 a share is more than a £50m mCAP so we must be a few pence away now from breaking the barrier

RobSaunders is clearly a prize plank.

The CLNs are just a mechanism to raise now rather than wait - they automatically convert at £5.30 per share on a fixed date

Funding is critical to HEMO right now - seemingly so close to a breakthrough, the last thing it would want is to have trouble raising funds.

I would have been upset if Hemo had failed to raise

It's only a small raise that minimises dilution

So - I thought I would test some of the LTHer on here...

Seemingly close to a major milestone - do you know how much has been invested in HEMO and at what price per share (in today's money)

In terms of share price 18 mths ago - I believe it hit 6p and there were 1.2bn shares in issues - thats an mCap of £70-75m

I do no recall the SP going much over this mCap in the whole time I have followed them

A market cap of £75m would need a new share price of £14-£15. vs the current £7

Howvere, the investment case has improved significantly since this share hit an mCap of £75m.

It is anyone's guess what share price would need to be paid by big pharma to buy Hemo? £30? £50? more?

£30 feels very realistic - but if the data from Phase 1 is really good, the company could be worth far more. Especially with CBR in it's back pocket as well

#Trying not to get too excited

I have followed HEMO for 5 years now.

It has always been my expectation that they get bought by a big pharmaceutical. At time investors, including me, perhaps saw an investment com pharma coming sooner: although the astute investors in here were clear that it would be after successful phase 1 trial at the soonest.

Perhaps we are now on the brink of something big. I've watched with envy as other small Biotechs have been gobbled up for >£100m.

No matter how good the trial results are, HEMO will never have the resources to take this through to market. Hence why the traditional route is for Pharma to go shopping and buy up companies like HEMO. The science has gone from strength to strength
