Nice to see the spread reducing - a great sign and shows a lot of confidence in the share

Cyrox - nothing has changed since this was flying around £15/£16

Its doing a bit of consolidation and possibly there was a bit of manipulation to get this back to £10-£12

I'm clear about the valuation I have for HEMO and there is still plenty of upside to come

Great RNS today - previous RNS did suggest we needed this confirmation. Its a great indicator of the safety validation - they must be very confident about how they can adapt the dose for children.

Toffers is full of shytee - so obvously a trader and trying to cause trouble - just ignore the low life

I like what I read - a nice summary and no fluff

Hemogenyx are pretty risk averse to RNS - they are careful with their language and stick to the facts - somethimes to the disappointment of shareholders who want them to be more bullish and confident in their achievments.

So..it was great to see the following words "SIGNIFICANT" and "IMPORTANT" used in the following sections. The LOI is a genuine validation of HG-CT-1 = both Clinically and Commercially.

A significant post-period corporate development has been the signing of a letter of intent ("LOI") with Cellin Technologies OÜ ("Cellin"), a leading Estonian cell therapy company. This agreement contemplates the commercialisation of HG-CT-1 under Estonia's recently amended hospital exemption pathway for advanced therapy medicinal products.

The pathway permits the clinical use of certain advanced therapy medicinal products that have not yet received full marketing authorisation, provided that they are manufactured for and administered within a hospital setting. This collaboration with Cellin represents Hemogenyx Pharmaceutical's first potential near-term revenue opportunity for HG-CT-1, while also offering the prospect of gathering valuable real-world patient data alongside our ongoing clinical trial.

The Board views this agreement as an important strategic complement to our Phase I programme; it provides a pathway to early commercial uptake in Europe, strengthens international partnerships, and demonstrates the versatility of HG-CT-1 as both a clinical and potentially commercial asset.

The mind boggles to think how life changing this can be - for patients, for Vlad, for investors.....

This drop is scandalous - I do not not know what goes on behind the scenes that casuses these drops but something is not right.

#HEMO is an absolute bargan now - at these prices it is a £50m mCAP - which is nowhere near the true value of what they have achieved

The following is all FACT....

CASH in BANK - £1.5m which takes will fund the current HEMO run-rate until H2 2026

HEMO CAR-T WORKS - Phase 1 results for HG-CT-1 CAR-T Therapy are great - shown to be safe in Humans and efficacy is very encouraging. RNS states that cancer disappeared based on normal testing

CBR - still an incredibly exciting, grounbreaking platform that is 100% owned by HEMO and thought to be unique - and HEMO have patented this new technoogy

Potential expediation of commercialisation - Letter of Intent signed with Estonian company to start generating revenue from Hemo CAR-T. This followed HEMO's presentations in Washington and New York - LOI is not going to be signed unless the industry really likes what they saw from the trial results

I do not believe you for a second - just my opinion

One last thing.

Thinking logically for a moment - if I was trying to manipulate the narrative on this forum in an attempt to make the share price go down in order for me exit a short position. (meaning I would need to buy back lots of shares)

If i wanted to buy back at £12 - I would not tell everyone that I think it will go to £12 - because many reding this forum may then try and but shares when it gets to £12.

Instead I would sugeest it is going to £10 - whilst many are hopefully selling and/or waiting on the sidelines to buy at £10. I can happilly and quietly close my short at £12 without lost of competing buyers at that level.

Food for thought...

In the 5+ years I have followed Hemogenyx I have seen it, read it and got the T-Shirt. (I genuinely have got the T-Shirt)

As with many shares that are likely to be volatile - we have had a number of unwelcome visitors who come to this board to disrupt, manipulate and lie on these boards.

On 15th September a 30k short position was communicated in the section above - this wil have been IRO £300k. At the very same time we started seeing a number of manipulative posts on this board - some suggesting that this share will nore go abover £16 and will almost certainly retreat to £10.

Sadly, the actions of some fearful and unsuspecting shareholders, the share price did retreat below £12. This will almost certainly have been with the support of the shorters who also had some stock to block sell. The RESULT? - The shorters have closed almost half the Short position - probably in the region of £12-£13 a share.

How disappointing that those looking to bet against a company trying to save lives have managed to partially exit their short position at the expense of genuine shareholders who put their faith in Hemogenyx.

I have found a way to free up some funds to buy a few (and I mean a few) below £13.

I hope this post helps a few understand what has been happening. These shorters thought they could rinse and repeat their previous success with this share.

The GREAT news is that this company has now moved on.

- Plenty of Cash in the bank and more to come - it's recent fundrasing as come from a more loyal group of shareholders. One of which now owns 5% of the company

- Phase 1 success is a tangible milstone that nobody can dispute. Hemo are saving lives - the three people injected were all terminally ill with a very short life expectatancy - all three are still alive.

- Hemo have shared the results of the Ph 1 trial at a very well respected forum full of lawmakers, big pharma and international parties.

- We do not yet know what conversations have happened and what that might mean for potential commercial deals down the line. We do know that the forum has potentially unlocked an opportunity for Hemo to commercialise CAR-T ahead of schedule with a in te European hub for emerging therapies / drugs in Estonia

- And dont forget that Hemo still have CDX (Biospecific Antibody that may also save lives of those with AML) and the potential jackpot otherwise known as the CBR platform - a potentailly uniques and ground breaking platform that may cure literaly ANYTHNG!

You have clearly just starting posting under a new Alias; to either have multiple alias' or following a ban from LSE

You are not wanted here - if you really want to a view on valuation there have been many posted on here since you became a member on 15th Sept. (MMmmm - why is that date familiar - Oh yeah..it is the date that the SHORT was taken for 30,000 shares)

These boards are public; ANYONE can write on here, ANYONE can easily write on here under multiple alias', ANYONE with an interest in the share price going down can post on here in an attempt to poison the narrative (And don't be fooled by those who 'claim' to be balanced - they are merely trying to do their dermaping more subtly)

The GOOD news is these boards do not have any bearing on the success of HEMO - they are unrelated, it is docubtful that any of the signifcant shareholders would ever frequent these place. The ONLY way these boards can harm HEMO is if ordinary private investors choose to beleive any of the boouleschit that these vermin spread.

ANYONE looking to invest should do THEIR OWN researach away from these boards. Read the RNS, do some reading around Biotech valuation, read about the market sentiment towards Biotech, look at previous M&A deals done for companies at a similar maturity to HEMO, watch some of the video interviews that Vlad has done to add further context to the RNS releases,

If anyone wants a genuine view on the downside / risks of this share I would more tha happily provide it to them. I am very bullish on this share - but not naive to understand the potential risks. However, I happen to beleive that at this point in time, the risk/reward ratio in this share is very much on the reward side. Given the success in Ph 1 trials, £1.5m in the bank, the broader platform assets and the plannes next steps - at this moment in time the share is very derisked.

They are more than capable of checing how many shares are in circulation

He previously claims to have read everything around this share

He is apparenty astute enough to identify pump and dumps on other boards

Looking forwards to the interims report and Vlad interview. As so many have posted on here recently, Vlad has had an excellent year and really starting to show his metal as a CEO as well as a great scientist

Aldermoran is seemingly being paid per word given the huge amount of time he has spent on here spreading his bollarks. And his mates / alternative identities.

HEMO 10 bagged in a matter of weeks and is consolidating nicely around the £14 mark.

Even the vermin on here cannot deny the potential here and the likely value of this share in weeks/months time.

Love the attitude of the LTHers here - they are all happy to play a longer game and wait for the full retake. We are still at chicken feed right now. Selling now will only give the vermin and their paymasters to get in cheaper as they understand the potential here

Hemo are ALREADY in a strong position.

Seems to be a lot of vermin about this morning - my guess is they are the same poster behind multiple identities. #desperation

I'm not selling a bean at these levels - the news yesterday was great. The vermin were trying to say that any sniff of a deal would not be communicated so soon - how wrong they were.
