Worth studying the market cap here when deciding when to buy and sell.

Given the whiff of opportunity here and long understood potential - this could go so much higher.

After a couple of good days the mcap is only £14m. Compare that to Avacta which is £215m.

I'd the SP of both shares double - it adds £15m of value to HEMO but £215m to Avacta.

It is easy to see that the potential to multi bag from here is with HEMO. (Not to say that Avacta will not multibag too, but would need bigger news)

OMG - I have not missed this place.

Aldebaran sounds like the latest in the list of 'see you next Tuesdays' to blight this forum. Could you actually imagine having to listen to someone like this offline - safe to say they would find it hard to make any friends.

Really pleased for all HEMO investors to see some positive movement. Still seems like the science is delivering - and nice to see HEMO have raised some cash in recent days so no immediate funding concerns.

As a local, I am super excited to see Boom coming to Reading. They have secured an absolute belter of a site; I imagine they secured a favourable deal on securing the lease. The site has character and is on the main route between the town centre and the train station; consequently It pick up lots o passing traffic and I imagine become very familar to locals very quickly.

I'm hoping to be there at the Gala opening night; I will feedback on here if I am lucky enough to be there

Bannor is correct - no reason to exercise now - they an buy them at 2p at any time in the next 6 years

The exercise price is at a premium to today's share price - this is not about the directors getting a freebie. These options only become valuable when the share price is higher than 2p. It a 'no lose' situation for the recipients and represents a reward. The reward must be for hitting a significant milestone in the opinion of the board.

Its a micro-cap and non-revenue generating so dilution to shareholders is normal - and baked into the SP

It also at a pivotal point - having invested tens of millions over the last few years on developing and validating its clincial candidates we will shortly get the first read-out on how it performs on patients. The results are likely to have a huge bearing on the market value of Hemo - if they are good the share price will be very different to what it is today

HEMO adherence and conduct in respect of stock market rules and regulations is truly exemplorary; long term holders will testify. RNS are constructed with priority given to meeting the strict criteria of the market, not to benefit the share price and investors.

I do not beleive aything I read on this forum; I have read all sorts of inflammatory lies and manipulation on here over a four year period and on occasions I have felt the need to report it to the authorities. (e.g. When somebody is suggesting that a placing has happened or when they are deliberately trying to mislead readers with fake scientific insight). All users are effectively annonymous; with some evidently posting using multiple alias'

Nothing that JHFH has said is market sensitive; I bet if anyone spoke to Hemo director today they would get the very same answers that he did. JHFH is sharing details of their plans - he has no guarantees that the company will successfully deliver on them, he is simply stating that he is satisfied that their plans and intent meet with his approval as a major shareholder.

Suggest you jog on with your pathetic attempts to discredit a very welcome contribution from one ofthe 3 or 4 posters on here that I actually pay any attention to.

A smidgen over 5m yes' from me were submitted last week

After doing my best to keep away from this toxic site, I thought I would have a look to see what was being said following the latest developments; I wish i had not bothered.

This side is riddled with mischievous and manipulative posts; it has become pointless and no longer (if indeed it ever was) offers any genuine insight. The only value it brings is picking out the occasional legitimate link to news. (providing readers are able to filter it out from the links that are not relevant and only shared for maniplative purposes)

I will admit that I lost the love for Hemo for a few months; I disposed of my shares and kept away from this board. However, i revinvested at 1.2p and 1.5p over the last few months and I'm excited in repsect of the commencement of trials.

I wish the company all the luck in the world to go with the immense skill and talent that they bring. I hope the company are successful at raising many millions in the coming weeks and months and that I/we are joined by some serious big investors. I'm not naive, I would expect that significant new investors will be given a good entry price; in the short term it may be regarded as diluting existing holders, but if the investment in significant enough I think it should be regarded as a win for exisiting holders.

The current market Cap / value for Hemo is influenced by a few key things:

(1) IT's clincial assets - the progress it has made in the lab and getting CAR-T, CBR and CDX to where they are now

(2) The potential rewards that success in Phase 1 / 2 may bring

(3) The fact that the company does not have large cash reserves; this is factored into the current valuation. If the company is successful in attracting significant new investment this will add significant value to the company as it will no longer be cash poor. For me, this should hopefully limit the dilution.

The bottom line here, is that (1) Hemo need to successully attract new investment and (2) a huge amount is riding on the outcome of the clinical trials.

Hi BillyBamboozle - I'm still LONG on XPF

I've tried to stay clear of LSE forum - its a cesspit and not much good to be had from it.

I recently experienced a Boom Battle Bar for the 1st tme and thoroughly enjoyed the experience (Chelmsford) as did my partner who went to one on Bath on a girls night out.

They have a bank facility now which will help them grow and manage liquidity

I was a little concerned about what the new Labour budget might do - but having done the maths, i do not beleive it will be that harmful.

Still seeing great things on LinkedIn - they have a Priceless asses in some of their people

Looking forward to seeing how the Xmas period goes for them - they have been building momentum since the start of the year and I expect them to acheive record numbers. Its all abot acheiving scale now

Great deal for AO. If they get it right this will be a great asset and payback very quickly.

MMAG is a great business and I was in no doubt that it would find a buyer. Sadly, as a shareholder I was hoping for something at least double the current deal. Goes to show how tough the markets can be and hopefully this deal is the best one on the table across the whole breadth of stakeholders.

Good luck to the two entities going forward. At least I do not have to endure anymore tedious, trolling from Robswire who told us all that this was going bankrupt. I doubt he will show his face today in this forum

Just dipping my toe in here - not surprised to see the forum remains a sheeert show

I've read ONLY the three posts from 'swazers' and it's pretty clear to me that whoever is using that identity is NOT new to this forum. I won't single out any one previous identity - but the tone and construct is identitcal to a number of previous protagonist who have blighted this bulletin board and many others on the LSE site.

I'm off again now - I've got better things to do than read manipulative posts.
