Dougal, whereas I admire your persistence - and you are of course at liberty to post as often as you like - I'm actually and honestly not sure I do know your views any more.

As to reaching any sort of conclusion? I'm really not sure this ever will - I don't see why it would at all be in certain parties' best interests to announce a definite conclusion. If there is no prospect of things ever turning more positive, surely far better for the recipient(s) of £9.4m to leave this in permanent limbo?

Perhaps the only possible conclusion - presuming that things stay as negative/unconcluded as they currently are - is for that piece of investigative journalism in that certainly has been worked on to see the light of day and get published.

There's speculation... and then there are facts.

The FACT is that the guy who's received well over £9m of PIs' money has released absolutely no worthwhile or relevant information over the last 2 1/2+ years since delist. And that's to drawi a complete veil over the accuracy - or rather, entire lack of it - of the info that the guy with PIs' money released while CTAG was actually listed.

Why is a "mystery" - or rather a total information vacuum - something to set any store by, if one's interested in seeing if one can at last get any sort of return on one's hard-earned?

I think my sole comment here would be that there are clearly some private investors who know an awful lot more about the technical side of the metabolic monitoring market than anyone within Cloudtag itself does.

Which really isn't the way it should be with "tech" start-ups...

PS glad to see that this time he's managed to correct "nutritional output" to read "nutritional intake". Shame he's still banging on about "energy expansion" and not "energy expenditure"...

Don't get too excited though. Here it is in its entirety.

Great... so Amit's now decided it's worth "commenting on" (not that he did) a paper talking generally about diet and physical activity apps that was published... wait for it... a whole three and a half years ago. Nice to see he's got his finger on the pulse and is keeping himself and his long-suffering investors fully aware of the very latest and hot off the press developments in the sector he is allegedly involved in...

From Amit's point of view, why does anything need to change? Sure, £9m+ has truly evaporated, sure the old company's completely evaporated and sure, 1.5m new shares in the newco have magically coalesced into being in Amit's possession... why does anything need to change?

Nope, Amit's got no incentive whatsoever to change or explain anything. And as to whether he can be compelled to? With a brand new company in a brand new, equally unregulated and equally murky jurisdiction... nope, not a chance.

Amit can just happily continue to leave things exactly as they are - and I am sure he will.

No - but if they were, I'd expect them to be available as a matter of record on either the existing CTAG website or failing that, on a newco website.

Presumably the newco has somehow magically acquired all old Cloudtag assets (all 50p's worth?). Anyhow, presumably the cloudtag.com website and domain is part of this asset acquisition (Amit's extremely late in the day update of current shares in issue and major shareholder holding percentages pretty much confirms that the domain/website are in the hands of the newco...

...so why is the vast majority of the info on there so painfully inaccurate (as usual) and inappropriate (it's a newco, with effectively nothing to do with the old company)?

No Dougal, neither I nor you nor any other investor has seen the brand new A of A associated with the newco in St Vincent jusrisdiction.

It's certainly not on the Cloudtag website that is - surprise, surprise - hugely out of date and which still shows the original A of A from end 2012. Entirely irrelevant of course, because that company no longer exists.

The Cloudtag website also continues to show the company's registered office as being in Grand Cayman...

As I said, Amit has always shown a complete disregard for (or at best is utterly careless with) any matters to do with proper corporate governance.

Dougal... it is NOT an update.

Amit has confirmed that "old CTAG" (the one PIs had shares in) has been closed/shut down/killed off with shares in it being transferred to a completely new company, which - precisely because it is a completely new company - can happily have a completely different set of Articles of Association.

There is literally no reason why the A of A of the Newco should bear any resemblance to those of the now defunct company. Plus, given Amit's appalling track record when it comes to paying any attention whatsoever to corporate governance, I'd be surprised if he even bothers with an update..

SOYO. A couple of probable answers to your recently posed questions.

Lynchwood Nominees - yes they've only recently appeared (but with Amit's appalling track record of keeping corporate info updated, who knows how long they've had any holding?). Anyhow, the clue is I suspect in the name - Lynchwood will be holding on behalf of other investors and is IMV very unlikely to be a shareholder in its own right.

As for ex-employees (Yuval, Bhav and the like)... you're forgetting the passage of time. Those guys have had their say when the CTAG wheels finally and conclusively fell off many months ago and have moved on to other ventures/positions. I wouldn't expect to hear anything from them or their like, so long after the event.

The only fact in over three years? I think you'll find that many people have consistently done exactly that - that fact being that literally nothing Amit has said or promised has ever come true.

I really wouldn't get too obsessional about whatever was stated within the Articles of Association of a company that has now been confirmed as being utterly and absolutely defunct, if I were you. It's a complete irrelevance.

Agreed, SOYO. As I've said, I for one am happy to take Dougal's recent shock assertion that he's been lying his ass off for the last two and a half plus years with a seriously healthy pinch of salt.

On balance, my money would be on a denial of reality based coping strategy, or possibly a way too late in the day tragic effort to save face, bizarre though that may be.

Fine. Seeing now - as everyone does - exactly how Amit has treated PIs since day one, how truthful he's been and how many promises he's stuck to, the oh so obvious question is... what's changed?

And you're now banging on about "updated A of A"... "updated"? ItsIt's a brand new company ("Newco", remember?)... what possible relevance do the now defunct Cloudtag's articles of association have to any new A of A that Amit may decide for the Newco?

2. If you really did bail out entirely just before delist, I'd be mildly interested in hearing why you've been so unrelentingly supportative of CTAG over the last 2.5 years and why you claimed to have invested in the "amazing pre-IPO buy-in opportunity"?

Although well-intentioned, the SAG was infiltrated with company shills from the start, giving bizarrely bad advice as to courses of action - and they were listened to (which is why a fair few more sensible LTHers resigned from the so-called "inner circle" pretty quickly). I'm not saying the SAG could have achieved anything (pretty unlikely, in all honesty) - but with those shills at its heart, it had no chance.

As for Dougal's latest "shock horror revelations... if true (and who knows with Dougal? Does he even know himself?), does it even matter at this stage? If he has been yet another BB ID pumping Amit's post-delist pickpocketing attempts by claiming to have participated, then would anyone honestly be surprised, given the sheer amount of attempted hustles being perpetrated re CTAG over the years?

Well... it looks like Dougal has finally decided to create an alternate and utterly mythical reality for himself. One he can actually face up to.

I don't blame the guy actually... it's probably the only partially effective coping strategy available to him.
