It's just a set of A&A relating to the newco. Very late in the day, but hey, this is Amit we're talking about.

Didn't think there was anything of interest in there at all really, except to note that the capital of "new" Cloudtag now apparently amounts to a billion shares.

Not quite sure how this squares away with the investor info and percentage holdings details as featured on the Cloudtag website that got (again belatedly) updated in Oct to show a total of 752 million shares in issue. But again, this is Amit, so accurate information and proper adherence to corporate governance have always proven not to be at all high on his particular list of priorities.

You'll also find it not AT ALL unusual for company CEOs to be - shall we say - "unfortunately lacking in the accuracy department"? "Only acquainted with the truth in passing"? Or perhaps "significantly overoptimistic in their predictions"?

What would be unusual would be for any PI with even the smallest experience of the markets to set any store whatsoever by what a CEO may opine - especially in some puff piece interview - or rather adverview.

FFS this is AIM. More than half the time you can't even trust the information that companies release via RNS.

Looking at hard evidence like MCap degradation since GL took the helm at ANGS, one simply has to wonder which interpretation seems more credible?

Sorry, but I don't believe that judging a company's Net Present Value can reasonably be done solely on the basis of...

I'm personally amazed that the usually comatose FCA is taking any action to investigate any company, no matter how dubious. I suppose if true that this is a faintly positive sign for anyone sick of the substantial number of AIM frauds.

As to whether the FCA will get around to CTAG? I imagine they've got a pretty long list to get through.

Anyone know if that investigative journalist is still planning to publish that piece on ABH and the CTAG fiasco? I'm hearing that it's still very much an active work in progress...

A 30 second glance reveals that there are (today) 1,019 different smart watch models with heart rate monitoring functions of one sort or another available from hundreds of various Chinese factories there, with pricing ranging from $4 to $30.

The fact remains that Tidswell was bang on right. The SP was 10.65 on Jan 1, 2019. The company has therefore absolutely achieved a lot more - but sadly solely in terms of share price decimation - than it was able to do in any previous years.

And decimation is exactly the right word - the current SP is c. one tenth of what it was on New Year's Day.

On his salary, Art is doing especially fine. As to him "working hard to get this over the line"... get what over which line?

The next desperately needed placing? At what value and dilution?

The share price over the zero value line?

Long-suffering PIs could do with a clue.

But something has changed (although it's admittedly not surprising news). We've had the Q3 2019 MD&A confirming COPL's monthly cashburn over the three months from Jul 19 to Sep 19 ($307k per month) and simultaneously confirming COPL's cash position as of Sept 30th ($484k).

On that very simple black and white basis, it's completely obvious that the company needs more cash almost immediately. Rightly or wrongly, it is no more, no less than that which is causing recent SP downward pressure.

Submariner, I'm well aware that sort of language is fairly standard - hence my terming it "in part boilerplate".

What gives such boilerplate language more significance than usual is surely the c $300k monthly cashburn versus sub $500k cash on hand six weeks ago. That's simple. Get more cash in now - or things will be bleak indeed.

The Q3 2019 results have finally made it onto the canoverseas dot com website.

Salient points?

$921k administrative expenses cashburn over the three month period - or around $307k per month.

Cash on hand as of 30th Sept $484k.

That was six weeks ago - there has to be a placing or other cash injection almost immediately.

The following text from the Q3 2019 MD&A, although in part boilerplate, seems to read extremely accurately.

"Currently the Company does not have material cash inflows and/or adequate financing to develop profitable
operations. The Company is pursuing exploration projects and contracts that will require substantial additional
financing before they are able to generate positive cash flows. Accordingly, the Company’s continued successful
operation is dependent on its ability to obtain additional financing. There is no assurance that the Company will
be able to obtain adequate financing in the future or that such financing will be obtained on terms advantageous to
the Company. The Company currently does not have sufficient cash flows to cover forecasted administrative
expenses for 2019. With no assurance such financing will be obtained in future, there is material uncertainty that
casts substantial doubt on the business’ ability to continue as a going concern. All of these factors represent events,
risks or uncertainties that management believes will materially affect the Company’s future performance."

Trytosmile, yours (and to be fair some others') attitude - i.e. trying to move on - is in my view the most healthy one to try to adopt in what has by any measure been an absolute and sickening fiasco. It's also pretty much the only thing that can be done - but best of luck to you anyways.

What I simply just don't get is the arrant cruelty - knowing or otherwise - of those posters STILL doing their best to assure everyone that jam is just around the corner. For example, over the last couple of days, we've had:-

someone posting a tweet from some no-mark minor academic that's vaguely related to the subject of digital health... WTF is the relevance? It's literally no more significant than Amit "commenting" a couple of weeks ago on some 3 1/2 year old article. - and that was enough of a p*$$ take in itself.

This is just cruel. For all that many have slammed people for being negative about Cloudtag over the years, at least those with a more jaundiced opinion have only ever dealt in facts and reality.

Those still promising jam tomorrow are either invested and delusional, uninvested and sadistic or uninvested and out for their own financial gain (quite possibly on the payroll somehow). No other possibility exists.
