Maybe AS should put in a call to Dildo and ask her to show him the ropes so to speak. Clearly without friends in high places it's very difficult as all the contracts go to Spanish waiters who have set up companies in their garages.

I read that Elon Musk is set to become the third richest person in the world overtaking Mark Zuckerberg out of Facebook with the promotion of Tesla to the S&P 500. He would not want anything to sully his reputation as a solid upright character with an impeccable reputation for probity in all business matters. He must therefore offer to buy cpx for 20p or maybe 50p per share. I shall write to him explaining this...be interesting to see if he replies.

Very difficult to know how this might play out. Don't think there are any restrictions on companies talking to each other even whilst litigation is ongoing. They might not do so as the one making overtures would not want to be seen to be holding a weaker hand. Interestingly cpx seems to hold most of the aces here..the biggest weapon being bad publicity running back to Elon Musk... via Maxwell being seen as a stealer of the small buy's IP..

Any valuation would I'm sure be of advantage to cpx..the present share price is though the summation of years of relative failure to deliver anything which could sustain a higher share price.

Think that's a tad harsh...some pullback might be expected but not sure anyone could have predicted what happened or didn't happen. Put another way, and this being AIM, a pullback to say 10p might have been on the cards on profit taking...but the complete dearth of news was almost like a total reset.
