Guess that's the whole basis of the Tesla valuation. The market expects it to grow into its forecast earnings so to speak.
One other angle on having 'earnings' is that it's much better at putting a 'floor' under the share price and helps reduce the endless churn and punting which been a bit of an issue here. Suspect it also puts you more on the radar of potential acquiring companies.

I tried to buy some at 9p and missed the boat. Would take issue with 20p. One 'difficulty' with this share (as with many other AIM shares) is that it is not profitable. Therefore valuations are rather subjective.
Once it becomes earnings positive (and Cpx seems to be on the cusp) then it's a whole new ball game based to putting appropriate multiples to these earnings. 20p might be left in the rear view mirror..here's hoping.

Well having read it twice I see it as more positive than negative. The issues are not massive and seem fixable.
Would see as attractive entry point on a 12 month view.

Just listened to an interview with the FD Tim Pullen and some bloke from Edison, a white label research house.
The questions were of the sort you could quite easily knock to the boundary for a four....nevertheless the FD did seem to be oozing confidence about the outlook/key demand drivers.

The new lady should watch the Vox markets interviews for how not to do it. Difficult to tell where the lies/incompetence began and ended. I've given that site a wide berth for the last year.

Maybe MMs are fearful of something in the Tesla statement or some development in the legal case.
Cpx interim results should be early March so could be a results date announcement along with a trading update at some stage prior.

Looks like the price being manipulated down to facilitate the Newlands exit.

The management at that time didn't seem to understand the game and could not manage the sp. It simply spiralled out of control. The broker was in part to blame. Anyway hopefully that's all in the past. Get realistic numbers into the market and the sp will take care of itself. It ticks most things an investor is looking for.
