Yup sometimes it is easiest to do a refresher. Read it at the time and realize how much have since 'forgotten' for want of a better word. I have never known AK to over egg the cake so it does represent a 'transformational' change (their words not mine).

I read that Apple has formed a joint company with Hyundai to produce electric vehicles. Hyundai shares rose 25%.
I'm sure Apple would love to get their hands on some great supercap technology. Apple will be well aware of the potential of supercaps which were once mooted as being suitable for mobiles. They probably still are.... the dramatically improved performance of lithium-ion batteries may have stopped that happening.

Well you are on the ball. The point you may be missing is that the valuation of Tesla is not linked to its present profitability.

Yes it's also on BBC news that EM has overtaken Jeff Bezos as world's richest man. Think Tesla yet to make a profit..but US investors are no mugs. If Tesla had listed here there would have been loads of 10p sellers making out for their tab/beer/fish and chip money. Some folk can't see what's in front of their noses!
Also as stated several times it wouldn't look good for Tesla to be accused of nicking other folks technology.

Might be linked to the legal case. Impossible to predict how Tesla will play this. However, they will be aware that CPX has better tech than Maxwell. Would be a win/win for both parties to come up with a workable licencing arrangement.
I like the idea of Cpx being a key player in one of the biggest global industries (EV's) and its leading supplier (Tesla).
A very similar case (maybe identical almost) was 'won' by Cpx.

That would be nice. I think Gideon is on the right lines in stating that AK's preference would be for a new licence to be taken out by Tesla. Something could be drawn up which would be massively beneficial to Cpx simply from the volumes going forward. In fact it would be a win/win for both sides as Tesla would have access to the best technology for its cars. As such the commercial terms would not be made public...but I'm quite sure the benefits would be seen in the Cpx numbers! Once in profit and making positive cashflow the valuation here should be several multiples of what it is presently.

This is AIM..totally in favour of MMs and big boys. Price 9-9.3p. Institutional buyer wants say 2m but wont pay over 8.5p. It gets sorted. Pis are cannon fodder as have no power. One reason is that most PIs buy more when the price is rising not falling.
