Quady, I agree with keeping it real, otherwise there's no point in posting, but come on you can show a little bit of joy it's getting towards Christmas. This is an early Christmas present for all shareholders who have kept the faith and for all the new shareholders that have just joined us on this golden highway. Let's hope that this is just the start of our journey to extreme wealth for the company and its shareholders and staff, who have been brilliant.

Don't know why but there's always a few that are not happy with the good news? Is there anything that would please these people, so negative, that's what keeps them going I suppose.

There's also more to come, I believe that this is only scratching the surface of what is likely to come in the future. No wonder BHP paid 45p, bargain of the year as far as they are concerned. Why is the stock falling? Probably because a large amount of stupid people keep selling, that's why I keep buying at these prices because eventually they will rocket. It's obvious to me that these are well oversold, so now is the time to fill your boots and sit tight and be patient. I have done very well with this stock in the past and are hoping to do something similar in the future. So basically just a confidence issue, nothing more than that.

Well Earthling, perhaps there is no sinister reason why they have updated us, other than keeping shareholders informed and updated at every opportunity. I think it's good to keep your shareholders as up to date as possible, the number of other shares where you hear constant moaning about how little information they received.

I share your optimism Private Investor as regards to oil is definitely out there in huge quantities i might add. If Alan Burns believed that Oil is there in the vast quantities and would be a game changer for the company then who am i to argue or anyone else for that matter. With the the advances in deep water drilling technologies, it shouldn't be beyond the capabilities of an oil major to harvest the game changing amounts of oil at an affordable price,which I believe will actually happen. Some on here keep saying that the oil majors have walked away, so where is the RNS stating this? There is no RNS so it hasn't happened, otherwise there would have been one,they would have had to RNS that kind of information or they would have been in breach of LSE rules.

Absolutely Jim, that's what I've been trying to say to Spike, albeit not as well as you've described it. I would have thought that if he was invested here he might want the company to prosper, maybe he's not invested here who knows. I was always led to believe that the company had enough money to get them through and that MQ would be paid at the end of negotiations, which I still believe to be the case. Maybe Spike is looking for a cheaper entry price?

We will just have to wait and see.
