This is the beginning of the re-rate in sp which was priced for negative news incoming but the opposite took place by this late afternoon RNS.

The market will have time to digest this RNS overnight ..for tomorrow trading when the SP will continue to rise in another big proportions..

You have taken sentences out of context to justify your point..rather than taking it all to understand the whole prospect and big Li companies shares are recovering well including Canmax today sp gone up by over 5%..

The important point is the Spodumene price above the cost by a wide margin with future higher predictions.

Kodal Minerals for example their cost is around $470 per tonne all in including transport!

Let’s say Prem cost is higher at $600 then you can calculate the big net profit even at market price of $1000 per tonne! Then with increasing ramping up the costs would even be lower than the $600…

If we even presume further pressure on spodumene’s price( ignoring the article higher predictions) at $1500 per tonne..the profits would be much much higher..

Prem as per GR will be the largest Li producer in Zim..

GR said in the latest interview with Mark that he will be onsite by now to support and supervise the processing,so Stark can’t play GR and us as they did before ..

Look at the oil (Brent) from two weeks ago..$90.7 pb and today $74 pb..

No one knows what the Li price will be by Feb24..

Ricky…yes I have the average costs is around $600 but not sure about Zulu ..I guess it should be around this figure..or even less being in Zim as salaries there are far less..

The price of Li like any other commodity comes in cycles and influenced by many factors…and like oil comes down to demands and supplies related to economic growth or slowdown..

Yes oil is here and will take years for transition of fossil energy to none fossil towards net zero but one important factor to do this is by using more and more Li batteries so while oil demands decline the Li demands go up…far more supplies of Li will be required.

We are in transition now but the economic slowdown is blaring the whole picture temporarily..
