GR interviews and Stark’s I consider some were misleading to investors but not the RNSs..

Both RNSs issued were correct but on the sept one the contractor Stark fault and not the RNS and March RNS is correct too as it said “expects to…”..

So where are the misleading statements..

You need to be careful as RNSs are issued as a form of communication and can be reported for any misleading information….why don’t you report them ?

RNSs are information communication to shareholders and investors and owned by the London exchange market which is regulated by the FCA…

If any RNS issued is misleading or doesn’t add up should be reported..

Time is not right to remove GR ..

We have anew appointed experienced chairman from Zimbabwe…credible businessman tested and tried..

GR already hinted that he wants to see prem through and I have a feeling will resign afterwards. He is in his 70s ..

I think for now steady as it goes…

The company should issue a statement clarifying their financial position to reassure the market or suspend trading until further statement is issued…but they are doing neither!

Can they pull a rabbit out their hat to stabilise the situation tomorrow in the AGM?

NOMAD has not raised any concerns on their actions either..

So we are at massive discount..

Good question …

Let’s look at the facts..the company has recently raised $7+m so they have plenty of cash already but obviously spent some and needed more for drilling where it seems to me more promising and the company has already received unsolicited approach by investors to give them the funds needed and then other options to finance are being considered too.

Even if they choose to raise at low say 1-1.5p it will soon rise well above this level as the confidence in the company will rise and so is the expectation of discovery this time to push the sp much higher than now..and I want to get in early.

The current market valuation is silly and most of the low trading daily volumes were buys if we accept how it appears on the computer reading the trades generated as the spread is quite wide for errors to occur..

Overall I see it as a good punt at this sp considering the Sept raise was at 6p!

Let’s wait and see and I could well be wrong and wouldn’t be the first!

I see the rewards far exceeded the risks but I will accept volatility for now..

This issue was raised by Biz wrongly implying as if something needs explaining ..

I repeat …it is of no relevance the RNS was accompanied by NOMAD disclaimer which frequently happens in RNSs .

If you look at previous Prem RNSs like the ones issued on 25/8/2023 and 7/12/2023 with the same NOMAD issuing the same disclaimer..and strangely Biz hasn’t mentioned it then on his videos..!?

Raaydaar…just clear off with your nonsense unrelated links…which was related to BoD paid themselves huge sums of bonus cash after an IPO sensyne without declaring it in the IPO documents before listing…when NOMAD rightly questioned it.

In our case the NOMAD never raised any concerns about matters released in the RNSs…

So Biz was wrong in raising this issue and alarming investors…imo

It’s strangely funny and frequently takes place when people are happy into buying when others ramping the sp with no fears but when opportunity knocks to buy at the very low wave they constantly spread fears and telling everyone that we are not far from the abyss…

Well guys I took this opportunity and currently holding a nice numbers at low entry..

All it’s required now is a bit of patience..

The main role of the NOMAD is advisory and mentoring the senior management. More or less coaching like. Any RNS before releasing it passes through the NOMAD but they can’t stop it from releasing if there is a disagreement for example on the wording of the RNS statement release.

This can happen frequently as the senior management disagree with NOMAD advise for one reason or another so the NOMAD issue a disclaimer to avoid future liabilities if any takes place..and protect their reputation.

In summary NOMADS role as a regulator to the company only. They should resign when they see any fraudulent claims announced by the company but not for a minor disagreement like in wording in the statement which doesn’t account to fraud..

GR is obviously is a one man band running prem!

I only want to focus on what’s on the RNS which is the official and regulated statement.

GR has intentionally or unintentionally misled us and Canmax previously and I am not a great fun of him either and criticising him on many occasions.

Let’s see what transpires in the next 7 weeks and GR stated in the RNS yesterday…

“ George Roach, CEO, commented, "The subscription and the contractor settlement should see Zulu through to production in February 2024.”

Even if GR raises more and diluted us a little more before he achieved actual production and revenues..is no big deal as once he gets the big mill produce the right grades and much bigger volumes then all these tweaking matters will be forgotten and the real rampings begins!

Again let’s follow what’s written in yesterday RNS which was a good one imo..
