The BoD didn’t think of the consequences that sp will collapse from 3p to .80p after following the stupid advice by the NOMAD to declare the fund raise before securing it in advance. The BOD ceiling of extra 330m shares would have generated even more at even 2p placement with the 330m shares. They basically fuc#ed it up..

LB and chairman should be replaced after working against existing shareholders interests in their mad negligent decision…

Another way is a secured CLN..with placements later on if needed to stop a further decline in Mcap ..and stop the share value further dilution and decline..
