GR as of 15/8 has …7.1% of the total shares issued in Prem worth millions of pounds.

He is the founder of Prem..

Yes he has disappointed us all of mistakes he had already apologised and felt embarrassed about..

His interest is firmly aligned with ours …and he committed himself to see Prem through and I strongly believe we will achieve what Prem was set to do..

Today market reaction was not negative to the RNS and the sp closed in good order…but the residents sad and same known Derampers continued to bash Prem…

I think they will not raise immediately and no need for it that urgent at this dismal sp…yes it would be a stupid move .

BUT I believe they know that there’s a good news to be announced soon to pump the sp much higher then for them to progress they will need to raise more cash at higher sp..or/and JV but from a strong cash position..

Everyone knows what’s going on here with Prem.

Everyone knows that mistakes happen in every small growing company

Everyone knows it takes years for a minor company to produce(average 15 years).

Everyone knows while the company trying to achieve its aims ,it needs tweaking now and again

Everyone knows raising cash in any Aim company is the norm..and that’s why they listed on Aim..to raise cash to progress as they don’t have enough to succeed.

Not achieving a set target is not drastic when you can manage it but failure when you can’t.

You are not so clever as you think by stating the obvious …but only a hallow vessel making the loudest noise..

The current sp is a steal when you think Prem will aim to produce SC6 and probably higher grades in Q1..Feb/March
