Canmax response is the one to wait for!

Yes I agree the interview was good and reassuring that we do have the spodumene and he will be there in charge of the processing…and I am prepared to give another opportunity to succeed..

Canmax will look at the situation from its long term strategy and a company of this size churning hundreds of millions of profits with billions of revenue are not going to care about skinning Prem of $1.5 m and calling for a weaker Prem and destroying their needs and reputation…

25/11 is not relevant because GR said in Q&A and stockbox that they were talking to Canmax on the off take agreement and expect to finalise by the end of this month with a new agreement.

He also mentioned that Canmax has the right for $1.5m payment for Nov and another for Dec..

They have a good relationship now as per GR.

24/11 became history and none significant now as we are looking for the new agreement between the two parties.

Canmax is to focus on from here…with the new agreement to be finalised though GR did say they were very supportive and in the know of what caused the delivery delays and the problems at the mill…

The 25/11/2023 became irrelevant after the latest RNSs.

A few posters print bullsh@ts negatives on Prem future or sp predictions without backing their claim with any proof or facts.

They are just embarrassing themselves and need to be ignored.

Negative and positive postings are only relevant when you back them up with facts or proofs. Otherwise they are just bullsh@ts.

Yes..it’s frustrating to go through all the shenanigans with the two Ronies but I like to see what’s positive…as Canmax partner is still in board and GR in the latest stockbox interview managed to piece the loose ends together and added spodumene richer ore to Zulu.

Our assets speak volumes..

Either Canmax put up with all this and support Prem in one way or another or takeover the lot!

In both scenarios the sp should be strengthened…

I don’t think in Canmax interest to make more troubles here as they have tried this recently and ended backing down…

GR said he wants to see Prem through to succeed and he is not going anywhere in his webinar Q&A…

Market makers wide spread here is nothing unusual as trading volume is very low and market makers have to guard their financial interest from losses when offering liquidity in trading .

The spread will narrow when we have much bigger trading volumes…

I am not sure if you were in the Q&A webinar as GR answered all our questions and said that they were in constant talks with Canmax who were aware of the current situation and described them as supportive and understanding and hoped by the end of this month the two parties would reach an agreement ,so hopefully we will get an RNS this week to clarify the situation .

Also in the latest stockbox interview GR said that Canmax needs far more 4000 t per month and that was their main focus it seems to me. Yes Canmax has the right to ask for $1.5 m too due to non delivery as per off take agreement but they were in the know of the situation and were understanding and supporting Prem…so it’s not a definite decision that Canmax will demand this payment or take alternative route to help Prem getting on with the new plant and get largest amount of spodumene they desperately need…

Let’s wait this week for an RNS…
